Is it actually covered by warranty through water damage? Would have loved it as external active cooling if it could be powered up via USBC. The airjet looks too big to fit compact phones unless it will be paired with foldable phones or tablets. Would love to see a easy transition kit to test it out in real life to see actual thermals in high ambient regions in the sub-continent

@Leosalvaje_ My bad, I was talking about smartphones. If we could actively cool down a smartphone's processor, we could get higher frequencies and better performance. But of course, that would drain the battery faster.

Our Smartphones are already powerful enough for any daily task, except high end gaming. The general people would prefer more battery life than the airjet taking up space, therefore battery size. I think this tech is only relevant for the gaming segment and Laptops but who knows its still early stages

@besim109AOG, smartphines are indeed powerful, but better performance can improve, for example, the use of the samsung dex or picture processing, or like you said, gaming. What I was saying previously is the result of what the frore's CEO said in one of his interviews, where he explained that the implementation of an airjet system in a smartphone or a macbook Air can allow the increase of the frequencies of the chip

@@failspencer4501 yea it will, but implemented in a smartphone, it has to downsize somewhere. Tbh, i want the airjet, even if it cost some battery life. I also use samsung dex and it would be fun to play some console games on it. But lets be real, this wish might be far away and laptops would profit of this tech first

They are trying hard to push manufacturing industry to adopt this but the process seems very slow... Meanwhile they should release it for consumer market as well with custom 3d printed low profile heatsinks and mount brackets... Customers will DIY the shit themselves on handheld gaming consoles or something like Framework laptop...😅😅

I have a good idea, you should use the same dimensions and connections for normal fans in desktop computers and put together multiple chips in the same dimensions and mounting formats and sell them as a replacement part for desktop computers that will provide lower temperature and while being silent. This will make the gaming community replace all their fans in their desktop computers and will provide a sense of reputation and demonstrate applicability first hand, eventually it will generate enough pressure to make the industry shift to chip fans instead of regular ones❤

L use case, 1w:5w only makes sense for desktop replacement laptops that already have like 300w power draw and therefore don't care about efficiency
