When they finally get bought out for all their hard work. Frore isn't a company capable of scaling up realistically to meet an OEM's demands. More likely, they get a nice suite of patents for their unique IP and then sell the entire company to either a top level manufacturer, or someone like Apple that will then license out the IP to a manufacturer that they will then buy the product from.

@@kirusnovar7083I sincerely hope Apple *doesn't* monopolize this technology. There are so many interesting ARM designs for laptops coming out these days. It would be criminal for one company to keep this for themselves. And I don't trust Apple to handle interesting technology appropriately. I mean, just look what the hell they did with amorphous metal. They only made a freaking SIM ejector tool with it! And all that sapphire crystal capacity they lionized? They didn't even make cover glass with full Rockwell hardness! Just squandering resources so other companies can't use them. That's the Apple way.

there are already some mini pcs using it but its more like NUCs instead of laptops. hopefully we will see laptops soon as well

Its going to be over 2 years and i didnt see any laptop company working with this new invention but i am waiting to see the next fgaming laptop working with this new cooler 😊😊👍👍

Why do I get the feeling that this is one of those products where the company is asking too much from OEMs to include in their systems and will eventually die off or be bought by Apple meaning no-one except iPad and Mac users get this tech?
