Best of luck with your dream. If you don't know the owner you could find it with online plat maps (state or county) like acrevalue or contact your municipality with your address or lot # and inquire. I'm guessing money is the obstacle but it never hurts letting the owner know you, your intentions, or do them a favor once in a while and they might sympathize with you and come to you when they're ready to sell. Purchasing directly from an (older) seller is often far cheaper than if it was listed on the market (online) like after an estate succession and you'd have more eyes and competition on it, including a realtor who might run up the price for a higher commission. That said, too much eagerness can also raise your price and chance is always in the mix so best of luck saving some cash while keeping your eye out for an opportunity. Merry Christmas and happy new year

I don't know, I would just blame the blind and take it back for a refund. Gotta keep your self-confidence up. Okay, just kidding. Really hoping you'll score a buck and bring home the meat.

I’m considering starting a chestnut orchard. My only concern is the land I have at my disposal is within 50 miles of the Alabama Gulf Coast. Do they stand a chance against even a moderate strength hurricane? I haven’t been able to find much information on their wind resistance.

How did you dig it up? Did you chop it off a piece of the root or just trim the shoot and let it root?

global trade, every year it costs us hundreds of billions in crop and invasive pest loss. it is not a good deal. we dont need any more formorsa termites, asia gypsy moths or long horn beetles, or murder hornets, or walking cat fish, or pythons, the list is endless and the cost is trillions over the years. stop the global trade madness.

I wrote a research paper for one of my classes in 1975 that centered around genetic resistance from existing trees. Glad someone is finding merit in that idea and working to restore that tree.

I Heard That you Can Use Either Metal Jacket Bbs And Plastic Which one Does That Use
@phoenixtheshark11 күн бұрын
If you're still wondering, you should only be using plastic BBs with airsoft guns. Metal BBs are reserved for air guns. In theory, it could use either of those types of BBs (as long as it's the right size), but you definitely don't want to be shooting metal BBs at people on an airsoft field.
