It looks amazing I’m eating a Greek salad right now with anchovies as I watch this. I chop everything finer though without dressing. Just a tiny bit of lemon juice salt and pepper with the oil from my anchovies

My friend puts each vegetable separately on its own metal rod because each vegetable takes a different amount of time. Like onions for example take much longer than the rest.
