They were too young to know what had happened and it happened multiple times. Jo Anna was 5yr old and the parents didn't handle the situation the right way. Josh never had psychiatric evaluation and the parents never field any charges against him.

Ummm the police report contradicts what they are saying. One girl, who we can know based on age but I won’t say it here, was on his lap when he molested her, she then ran to her father who yelled at josh. I get they don’t want their brother terrorized but this is not something you can just ignore.

i dont believe that jana doesn't want her own life. i think jim bob and michelle have told jana that God's purpose for her is that she help raise her siblings. thats the only reason she wouldn't do what her siblings do and get married first thing at 18. because jim bob and michelle also tell her siblings God wants them to get married. So why is Jana different? because JB and michelle's purpose for jana is not to marry her off cause they still need her.

I’ve always enjoyed watching Joy &. Austin’s story; courtship, marriage, baby Gideon , loss of baby girl and so on. And look forward to birth next child. However, they can play in dirt w/ a girl, take a daughter to work; buy her a tool belt . Maybe a daughter will be the third generation home builder. Girls enjoy playing in dirt or creek, and being daddy’s girl. . Look at Joy’s childhood. She loved getting dirty & playing outside.

Makes perfect sense when you think about it. Normal young boys have fantasies about the girls they see in movies or tv shows or at the mall or at school, they take their inspiration for "what is hot" from a huge variety of different types of girls they are exposed to. A Duggar boy on the other hand? They have ONLY their sisters as examples of what girls are like in terms of physical looks and behavior. So ALL of their childish and teenage fantasies are laser focused on the looks and behavior of their sisters. You could get the exact same effect if you raised one of the Duggar boys and ONLY exposed them to Japanese girls for the first 16-20 years. It would be highly likely that the kid ends up marrying a Japanese girl, it's all he knows.
