Living to a "healthy" 150 snd beyond will be great! I myself follow Dr. Sinclair's nutrient protocal and am 75 but am acive ( travel full-time in an RV across the U.S ) an feel healthy. Many of people I have known have passed away. In hearing their passings I have mixed emotions of missing them, but also happy that I am still healthy, and at the same time feeling a little guilty about having accepted longevity treatments that keep me healthy, in which my deceased friends did not and died earlier than they should have.

Queen was singing ''who wants to live forever, there's no chance for us..''. In reality older you are greater thirst for life you have.. deeply in heart no one wants to die. why? because God imprinted in us his plan of eternity hence we long for it. Death is just result of disobedience to God law and choice to obey Serpent instead. It's all about free will. Unfortunately Adam and Eve chose to respect Satan and they brought death on the earth. Amazingly for us it is soon going to end, not thanks to fantastic work of dr. Sinclair but because NWO will bring ,,mark of the beast'' that is one religion - worshiping antichrist, and whoever will accept it will receive final wrath of God and they will suffer greatly final plagues ending humanity on this filthy world. Reward is also there for those who remain faithful- that is eternal life: He (Jesus) will wipe away every tear from their eyes,’ and there will be no more death or mourning or crying or pain, for the former things have passed away.” What a promise! What a promise!! isn't it truly amazing promise? it is for everyone, everyone ( Queen also) who will welcome Jesus to their hearts. He stands and knock to your door. If you open your heart He will enter and supp with you. oh by the way we will look like the best young version of ourselves :) I can't wait

I really like the well-researched materials of Dr. David Sinclair and as for myself I also do not eat breakfast as in the Dictionary the definition of Breakfast is ( Breaking ones Fast ) from the hours of sleep which is a FAST so in this case "Breakfast is not the most important meal of the day " as the Fake Disease Promoting Western Process Food Industry is advocating for everyone to follow using their nutritional junk self serving science and then some. Studies in Japan for Sleep Therapy concluded that breakfast consumption is nonessential and that the metabolism in the morning is still sluggish and the peak performance is at high noon instead so this would make the ideal time for your first meal of the day. Also, the study concluded that the physical feeling of hunger in the morning is not hunger at all for eating solid foods but instead the host is deficient in fluids as when a person sleeps an estimated whopping 2 pints of bodily fluids and water is lost through the sleeping respiration process alone. So in the morning, you are really thirsty and not hungry as most people are made to believe. In the morning you are chronically dehydrated really and this lost fluid needs to be replenished especially if you are a mouth breather that contributes to even more fluid loss! Unquestionably most people living on the SAD Standard American Diet are over-fed and undernourished at the same time and chronically leads to chronic CDC-named diseases and the host unwittingly becomes a medical cash cow client patient for life for their repeat business model that this TRUTH can be taken all the way to their big bank to satisfy their wall street shareholder financial portfolios as well. Truth is the body needs to rest from the constant metabolism of food to create the condition called AUTOPHAGY a condition of the immune system cleaning up the leftover metabolic waste for safe removal from the body using all elimination channels. About Holistic Chef Barry Anderson ...... A Weight Loss Expert has lost for good a whopping 185 pounds of excess body weight from his 5 foot 5-inch tall height going from 300 excess pounds all the way down to his present-day 125 comfortable pounds of body weight. I'm buying how to live healthier. But about "extending" your lifespan part, it's all science fiction. Of course, humanity's lifespan went up from 35-40 yrs to 70-80 yrs due to penicillin, vaccines & advances in medicine. All these scientists know what the "natural" lifespan of just about every living organism, throw humans in first.

When I was younger I worked in a vitamin store. I would meet 90 year old couples that looked 50 and moved like they were 20! Their secret was staying active, vitamin C, flax seeds, and natural foods with lots of vegetables. I'm pretty sure they fasted too but that's my opinion, the rest is fact.

I bought Dr. Sinclair's book "Why We Age and Why We Don't Have To." It's so educative and phenomenal. Through him, I learned about NMN supplement particularly by Vitruvin Health 500mg, it's been a couple of months now as also recommended by a close friend. All I can say is that it’s cost-effective, overwhelming energy is felt, and promotes your overall health...I am looking forward to feel and see the same result in the following years…

If you presuppose, like most materialist scientists do, that life doesn’t proceed death than why not life forever? Unfortunately, you already are immortal.

Life either choose immortality or reproduction. It will NEVER be productive to be immortal. Cells in our body die and its material become part of new cell, same for bodies/humans who die but their children live on stronger than they ever could. It is about efficiency. A new cell/child is vastly faster at learning than an old one. The main mechanism that drives life, advanced life as humans especially, is the ability to take all the knowledge and exspirience from an old cell/person, and use its own wisdom to sort its knowledge out, comprise the most valueable words of wisdom, remove all the filling (repeating/similar memories) and then VERY effiently pass on that "optimized" knowledge to the new cell. Just like optimizing a program, same function but much lighter, faster etc. No matter how healthy an old person/cell is, it becomes a vessel for exstreme amounts of data, most of it is repeating/similar, therefore only valuable to the person itself, to making it who they are (fond but repeating memories). By all means lets be healthier and live a bit longer. But the game is still ONLY about how efficiently we can pass on our comprised data/wisdom to the new cell, both in terms of time and quality of selection of data/wisdom. So EDUCATION/WISDOM-TRANFERENCE will ALWAYS trump exstending the life of old and "full/slow" cells/people. But again longevity and health can definitely be useful in regards to further effeciency in this education of new cell process! Just remember that this is the only justified productive reason for exstending life and health. Not for the sake of being a "filled cell" for 10 years more, which by itself does not produce anything for our species, UNLESS you use that exstra time/energy to educate the young more efficiently/faster. In other words it is more about the time it takes for a newborn to reach the wisdom of a healthy 30 year old, than anything going on at the other end of life. Our species slow to reach peek maturity, but we have vastly higher capacity because of it. We therefore have decades of potential longer life as a mature lifeform given further advancements in wisdom-tranfer. And as we know a productive year as a 10 yo will result in 10x more wisdom and productivity later on. So it really has endless potential. But again the quest for longer/healthier otium is justifiable if used to help the other end of cellular life.

Everybody wants to remain as independent as possible in old age, no? Muscle mass decreases with advanced age resulting in weakness and balance/coordination issues. The only way to combat this decline is to work out and keep as much muscle on one’s frame as possible. Aging begins as soon as you feel its symptoms. It will start with the minor ones such as joint pains, bones become brittle, and you’ll notice in your appearance that your fine lines and wrinkles are showing, blotchiness, and dryness, and you’ll begin to find it hard to see and hear. These are normal coz people age naturally. However, it’s now a different era to stick to that natural aging. My mindset is to live the life fully, healthy and happy. Because we can never restore life once it’s gone. Through David Sinclair I knew about NMN by Vitruvin Nutrition. NMN has been able to suppress age-associated weight gain, enhance energy metabolism and physical activity, improve insulin sensitivity, improve eye function, improve mitochondrial metabolism and prevent age-linked changes in gene expression.
