I’m 72 and just came back from my 6 mo check up with my Dr. She asked what I was doing to have such a 100% good analysis. I am on NO medication. Have no medical issues what so ever. #1 live like an ostrich ...head in sand..don’t focus on world events, news, etc. Avoid negative thoughts and negative people. #2 eat like a rabbit..more veggies than fruit or meat, fast at least 16 hours a day, no processed food #3 keep moving, don’t be a couch potato, get up and DO something everyday

You're lucky, likely have good genetics and probably don't take any major risks. Still 72 is not that old nowadays, most major problems start to happen around 80 I believe. Keep enjoy your life!

I have 8 very healthy aunties who are the same age bracket as you 75 to 85 but barely eat any veggies at all. No maintenance and all very active. They love their seafood, eggs, and beef and eaten them everyday all their life. Could be good genetics or could be that they barely eat any grains and sugar at all. I disagree with the commenter who says being perfectly healthy at 70 is not that old. It seems are a ton more people over 40 suffering with chronic illnesses like diabetes, obesity, and different metabolic sicknesses than you could find perfectly healthy 70 year olds.

That’s great & all but still you & people like the poster down the way with his six aunties. Guess what won’t none make 150 hell 120 would be awesome & even with you lifestyle. At that age you’d be decrepit. This dr is a quack. In 40 years I’ll guarantee there won’t be a bunch of 200yt olds rolling around. Hahahahaha the powers to be want population control. Not the opposite. Fuck now try to imagine if no one aged. What then would happen to our world & its resources?? Ridiculous

Christopher Hitchens had a great line about dying, he said "People say the party is over when you die but it's even worse - the party's going to go on but you have to leave" That really sucks. Let's end aging by 2050.

At this point in my research, I’ve basically reversed aging and predict that I’ll be between age 17-23 in almost all areas within 7 years. My methods are bloody hard, time consuming and quite uncomfortable at times. I’m not sure if most people will even bother the attempt. That said, it feels great to actually be getting younger barring the return to late teen/early 20ies libido levels. For the first time in my life, I feel I have as much time as I’m willing to invest. @lolcano234 could you please repost your question under my video “Faster than Usain Bolt?” It’s for logistical purposes for when I get a ton of inquiries. This is both for myself and for others where I can say ‘just read all the threads’. (Spending 55 minutes writing up a reply that likely only 25 people will ever read in the next five years just isn’t the best use of my time).

You forgot eat less protein. (See also nutrition facts.org - Dr. Michael Greger's site, author of "How Not to Die and How Not to Diet). All that "advice" is nothing new. And the reasons for these activities is not really given. Why do I need to stand ? Why do I need that hip exercise? ...As he said, he just threw those things in to the new book, as crumbs for those of us regular people who continue to ask him what we can do NOW….not what medication he is producing that will help people with glaucoma, or specific disease state (not to take away from the incredible discovery he and his team appears to have made). As well, the reason for the "eat less meals" directive is not clear… Is it the overall calorie restriction that is the benefit? Is it the "rest" your system is getting, due to the long window of fasting? (What if I eat 1500 calories at each of my two meals? ) ...No actual studies are illustrated in the talk, to back up these simple advices-are the supporting studies cited in the book? end

Now following this plan to expand what I believe has been working for me . Many of people I have known have passed away. @@078flash www.hansensupplements. com We started with diffrent companies, but it was hard to find out how was the quality and how much NMN and resveratrol were in the capsules. We import now self and get every batch tested in an academic laboratory in EU. We want to be sure, that what we put in our mouths is high quality. Both pruducts are of 99+% purity. The prices are very good and the shippings costs are low. We would like to make the products available for as many poeple as possible. Look at anti aging medicine and healthy life style. Most humans due to their short life span and economic means do not get to experience anywhere near to everything there is in life. How cool would it be to see humans colonies at the outer edge of our solar system. It takes light 4.5 hours to get to the Kuiper belt and there is enough mass there to bo build a planet. Imagine terraforming mars. Or having a colony of craft travel out of the solar system.

I'm 44 and I see that people around me are always trying to make me feel old... so I'm forced to age 😓 I try to keep young but over and over I go out and every negative people around always there to step on me and my dreams... I should make a documentary! People are so horrible and don't let you live! Beyond a certain age... that is why I think rich people also means for humans to live in gated communities, and love the VIP and secluded luxury. No one catches a bus ride downtown, especially in ISA or Europe. Part of being rich to humans is being away from the main steam. Honestly, people will crush anyone who seems to be ahead of them, and it's actually encouraged in the lower classes... 😪 I honestly am happy now I wear a mask..

We might get bored with the things we are doing now or the books that we have read, but we can reread a book or rewatch a movie 20 years later and it would be like reading/watching it for the first time. Sure, you would probably remember the core of the story but all the little things of the story would be forgotten and will be fun experience again. I just read a book series that i read when i was young, it was 20 years or so since i read it and there was sooo much that i had forgotten that i felt like it was the first time i was reading it. So we can avoid doing stuff for a long period of time and then doing it again further down the line and enjoy it again. So i believe that we will never be bored no matter how old we become. There are allways things to do or reexperience. The longer we live healthy lives the longer i think we want to live. In the end there might not be a limit to how long we want to live.
