Just found your 3 part series from 3 yrs ago. Live in upper midwest of US, so trainging outside near to impossible. HS rules are no training contact with player except in season as another problem - will be using your videos to self train the keepers. your technical drills are spot on for what we need to train new keepers and can be used in season when individual keeper coaching is at a premimum. Thanks for all your effort in putting the series together.

These workouts never get old. I trained with you during COVID when I was 11 using your online program at the time and I'm now 13 and enjoy going back to these drills. One day perhaps I'll have the opportunity to come train with you personally.

This coming summer I will be coaching a new young goal keeper. I'm a self taught keeper myself, so I have never had a goalie coach. Nor have I taught anyone before. My question to you is, do you have any good exercises/ stretches that will help prevent injury like the injury's I have suffered? Shoulder, knee, ankle?
