Yes. Their are 2 things you will need to Do. Under the hood, main fuse panel. Find the abs fuse. It's bolted in with 1 screw. Secondly. You can follow my video about pulling the cluster apart. On the screen panel, find the area for the abs light and take the light right off the board.

Bro my 2013 just did this yesterday. Replacing coils tomorrow. Finally got a p0300 code. Says misfiring cylinder 2. Started yesterday on way home from work out of no were. Cross my fingers

So. Car has been at another dealer for 2 weeks since my dealer near me has refused to work on it. But they told me they had their "best 2 lead techs on the car for an entire day" next day the high pressure fuel line blew off. So. The other dealer. Found the car has 2 dead injectors and 2 dying injectors. The best techs but made me laugh.

Its something id look into. But i never really figured out a cost/labor for it. If the person was close to me i would probably do it. But having a cluster shipped to me without having a way to power and test the leds to make sure everything is working properly would be difficult

Only thing changed was the leds. All screens are factory

Nice and informative mod video. Tried it, and worked great except for the fact that now the bottom row of led's that display my odometer, trip, and temp don't display at all. Any ideas?

Could be a few bad leds. I order them by twice the amount i know id need. Even though they are cheap. They can be slightly inconsistent

omg don't ever do the second way unless you are removing a light you most likely don't ever want to work again underneath those 2 bumps of solder you pointed out there are 2 gold connectors that are built on the board during manufacturing if they are pulled from the board then it's over there isn't a good fix for replacing the gold pads.

@@StumpyBuilt86 I wasn't trying to say that you are incompetent but someone that has never done this before if they don't do it slowly and with care will remove those connectors that are built into the board and it will be something they can't fix.

It is a way for other companies. Some will come with wrenches that are actually worth using. But it works the best for me.

No. The needle the way the motor in the board does. However. If you put the needle back in an incorrect position it will not display accurately

I did the upper speedometer today. Instead of pulling out all the screens you can just bend them upward and access the led’s from there. It’s way easier if u have someone hold up the screen for u tho. Thanks for posting these videos they really helped me

did my 2011 si also red easy! now the top to do. each light up block for the clusters temp and coolant are individual leds I am guessing.

Adam Woltz those would be a back lit led screen. Not individual leds.

The denso and NR speedometers are both lcd backlit screens, the si has clear screens with white and reddish orange leds, the nr sedan speedo has white leds behind all gauges.

Adam Woltz a de-solder pump would help. I did mine with a pump. I didnt record it. Since i was at another business using their pump. So i wasnt allowed to record.

Hi, I have an issue with my 2008 Honda Civic cluster. The cluster and other car panel lights, as it can see from the video ==> kzbin.info/www/bejne/amHJZJefl5eSiLM, are flickering. A mechanic has recommended replace the cluster to solve the problem. I´m not sure if that is the right solution since other panel lights like radio and gear shift stick lights are flickering too. The car exterior lights do not have this issue (they operate as usual, I mean they do not blink). Any suggestions to solve this problem? Thanks in advance.
