The Problem with Jump Drives is they have slow write speeds so you will get sluggish response from Apps especially high demand Apps that use video. Great little unit for only 25 bucks but it has it's issues, not enough to make it a deal breaker, it's much better than the Amazon Fire Stick, better remote and better performance.

It recognizes the usb as internal storage, but at the time of formatting it as device storage, it does not give me the option to move the apps. And when I try to migrate them it tells me that there is no space, when clearly the USB is empty. What can happen

When i tried the 50/50 prompt to format my drive it pops up a message saying the usb drive cannot be removed safely. Fire stick reboots and when i click on the adb shell app it says its unavailable. Am i doing something wrong?

I have been viewing you through KZbin and Curiosity Cafe now for about 2 years. I am self taught through internet research and your many tutorials. Unfortunately, I am not as savvy and sometimes find them a bit over my head, especially when I have to install some third party apps to perform a task that also requires many steps. Just wish it was easier. Firestick seems so basic, yet, so little memory that you really need to be able to do even rudimentary things like installing more memory and clearing what you already have. Odd your downloads to the USB drive didn't work. I've used apps like Cinema Tea TV, Bee TV and a few others and as long as I set the directory to my usb drive they have worked. I've got tons of movies already on my usb drive. The only thing I did differently was create a movies subdirectory under the USB root directory.

So if i move something to the flash drive will it still work as intended? Lets say i move disney to flash drive. Will i be able to open disney or do i have to move it to the firestick again than open just juggling storage and apps?

I have tried 3 different sticks and all of them are crashing the firestick. What am I doing wrong? Everything worked up to trying to navigate to see if the USB icon is displayed. Now it is in a reboot loop.
