Medellin is nice, but a little steep and slippery for an older person with walking issues like me. My nephew is living there now with his lady. I'll see them later this year up in Playa del Carmen where I stay winters. Long term for me it could be back to Medellin for a longer stay and also CDMX. Mexico City is a very beautiful place. Much better for older people like me. Now if they only could get their water issues solved.

Luxembourg has never been and will never be in any rankings of cities with the highest quality of living. It's boring, pretentious and lifeless. It has no culture of its own and nothing spectacular to see nor any rich history or high culture. Streets are empty and services are unreliable with mostly very rude locals.
