Big one rarely shared is Mold. And dangerous molds. Any place that has multitude of mold technicians and crews altogether clean up every surface in your home obviously has abundance of mold. Keeping air-conditioning running is expensive. No honest sane person living there can argue or minimize this. A minimum of 100k persons contracts severe mold disease.

I lived in VN 2017-2018. It was an amazing & wonderful place. The VN people were so kind and helpful. I always felt welcomed. I met a man you owned a restaurant and we became good friends. A lady I met who owns a bakery invited me to be godfather to her niece. I was always welcome to the entire family. VN is a beautiful country to explore from mountains, beaches and even a desert.
