I got rid of about 80% of my stuff. Somehow i feel like i have more. The clutter was blocking the things that truly matter. Now when i walk into my room i know everything is there on purpose. Your space affects your psych and your psych affects your space. Being intentional about what i own has helped me be intentional about what i think. I own things because they have a purpose, and i think more focused on what my values are. The best way I can explain it is if you only keep the things which are important to you, you will also only keep the people who are important to you, and not those which clutter your life.

Quite the improvements in your times. I have hypermobility too, but am somehow good at not injuring myself too much, and am doing my first triathlon soon so I appreciate the video!

Unfortunately, you just reinforced the stereotype of body shaming by blurring out the genitalia! There MUST be something wrong with seeing the human body! I don't think that this supported your thesis very well! LOL

Its no joke, you're basically go through the most extreme HIIT routine with 80+ pounds strapped to you. All with only 50% air intake due to visors (wolf ribs are for weaklings). For 2-5 hours on and off. Enduring claustrophobia and heat. Any but the most athletic people would be on the floor drenched in sweat and barely able to move. I go to the gym and work out normally, bench, squat, overhead, curl, etc, and I was unprepared to the sheer amount of endurance needed to keep going. Half of it is mental willpower because you genuinely want to claw yourself out of armor, it feels like a cocoon and you can't breathe. But you can't get yourself out because you're strapped down and it'll take like 10 minutes. So you need to overpower that panic with slow breathing and the warrior's spirit.

u should try the carnivore diet. its better for your health and all u need is beef to survive. has every nutrient the body needs. and since your an extreme minimilist u should try lion diet. beef, salt and water.

I'm studying nutrition and dietetics in uni and what we are being taught here is that a plant based diet is more healthy than animal based diet. So I'm curious on where you got your info from?

@ethiopiazoldyk4667 I was reading a book called performance without pain and it led me on this journey. Talks about weston price who went around the world in the 1930's to try and find the healthiest diet. And it led me on the journey to carnivore diet after doing more research on the subject. There's a lot of Dr out there with great information like Dr Anthony Chaffee and Shawn baker

This was so fun!!! Some of the poses you took made me wince; as a former (retired) professional, there are some poses I tried once--and only once. This is physical work, and it kept me in the best shape of my life without ever going to a gym. It was fun hearing your joy as you looked at the drawings and exclaimed, "This is me!" I used to love that part. Thank you.
