This is why I carry a gun for defense, blade too but god I hope I never have to use it or get in a fight with knives. Id hope I could run before getting into a knife fight. Scary shit. The sewing machine attack is almost impossible to defend against without getting obliterated first.

Love those knives, I’ve unfortunately lost my precious PM2 s15v with your treatment to an unsuspected grinder, who didn’t know what steel he’s dealing with. What knife out of those with your treatment would you recommend in 2025? I loved my PM2 so much.

Just curious if anyone else has had success with this technique? I've tried probably hundreds of reps of this technique after watching some of MIchael's other videos but I have never managed to deploy a Spyderco blade with this technique from a fully closed blade.

@@FearNoSteel no clue how he's managing it with that delica. Lol. I have that same k390 wharncliffe one and I just tried it a bunch of times and I can do it with a reverse grip no problem, but not that way, outward. The blade is super thin and light on those things.

Does this have the same stock thickness as the Yojimbo?

I believe it's around the same thickness, however it does have a full flat grind. I'll measure it when they come out.
