Wow. Granite/stone countertops but no under-sink mounts? Tacky. That's east of 215, and the traffic is horrendous. I don't believe a Holland exit exists so have to go Newport Road. Shivers. You did a good job presenting Willow Pointe. The homes are not to my taste, even if no HOA.

It’s a good area and a lot of new shopping and stores coming and it’s not in the middle of nowhere it’s been a secret for a long time. It’s in the middle of everywhere from San Diego to riverside to Orange County

Temecula is a desert... it's grown so much.... used to be a tiny human establishment near Riverside cpunty..... San Bernardino used to be very tiny with a bunch of ghetto neighborhoods...now the Riverside, San Bernardino, San Diego, Imperial etc counties are now literally connected to Los Angeles county...

In the many videos out about living in the Temecula Valley I have never heard a discussion about the significant differences in property taxes. The property taxes are not the same across the area or even across cities. They are determined neighborhood by neighborhood. When the area was first building out, developers had the choice of paying up front for the infrastructure (new roads, new sewers, lights, and so on) or passing the cost on to the buyers in the form of a bond. So always ask about the property taxes and possible bonds attached to the property if you get serious about a particular neighborhood.

Murrietta and Menifee bedroom communities located in one of the hottest inland valleys filled cookie cutter housing tracks, mini malls and lifted 4x4 trucks decorated with Trump flags. Whats not to like?
