Remind me to never move to Temecula, CA from Columbus, OH.......3 bed 3 bath luxury home.$440K, monthly homeowners insurance $99/month w/ top-tier insurer Liberty Mutual, $150/wk grocery, $2.99/gal gas in my car...etc etc. Enjoy your sunshine....and your wildfires, earthquakes & tarantulas No thanks !!!

There are definitely much cheaper places to live, no argument there! Some call our inflated prices the sunshine tax 💵

@@LivingintheTemeculaValley Very true. However at the end of the day, I'd rather live with the "Tarantula Discount" of a cloudier but bug-free Ohio. LOL

@@MTobin1000 Too cold in Ohio. Temecula is a desert. AZ for the win. Less cost/taxes than CA and only a few hour drive to the beaches.
