Great job! One quick question: where/ how did you replaced the throttle body to put it facing forward instead of upwards?? I have the 5.9 and faces upwards to the hood 😮

I live here in Michigan too and working on getting street legal just ordered my wd electrics, and e-break now working on rims and tires. This video and others are very helpful. See ya at the dunes brother

Thanks! My advice is make sure to tune in your shocks to your ride style. Write down what you have for your shock settings and really don’t be afraid to play around with the tune. You will find what you like and where your comfort level is. It really is a night and day difference. I run my shocks at two different settings for street vs. dunes. It only takes 5 minutes to change your settings when you know where it needs to be. I might be trying to get a plate for Michigan too pretty soon, see you around the dunes for sure.

Can you show how you wired it to your spod? 6:39 I know the switch has two settings. Did you merge the red wire and tapped into the spod? Or did two buttons get assigned individually to the spod?

To me it was definitely worth it. It has changed the entire dynamics of my car. I don’t think I would ever go back to anything less than 72”.

Unknowledgeable , he wanted to mount the antenna on the tire . Not knowing if it needed to be on a ground plane or not . He was throwing the parts around .

I ended up doing fox 2.5s with King Bump stops on my gladiator. i wasn't ok with having to pull springs every time i needed to adjust nitrogen pressure.

Why did you remove your side mirrors from bottom and go top? Issues? Great windshield but it appears (maybe not true) that it has blind spots due to frame, especially if you are going down hill and are about to go up hill you can't see high enough.

I absolutely love the windshield. I’m totally fine with visibility in the lower seat position. I’m 6’ tall and I can see fine over the frame. As for the mirror position, I was just trying out different options. I’m back to lower mounted mirrors currently.

From what I have tested, outside of the car starts dropping the signal. I would say within 6 to 8 feet.

How has this held up? I know the batteries suck, but that's no big deal. My other vehicles batteries only lasted about 4 months, but I replaced them with some LiPo batteries and it lasts for hours now. Your long term feedback is appreciated.
