Okay, i have been there. Here what did: Got insulted badly that not only put me down but also my family Stayed calm and said "your opinion is excellent in my path to improvement, i will also notify others like my parents, extended family, and teachers etc who has some thing to do with my personality". Used very proper language preferably with bookish words. Then walked away. This left my abuser completely flabbergasted

Number #3.pointing finger is a big NO. Pointing finger towards audience is seen as being authoritarian and superior. Don’t do that.

Its hard when the people who respects you become like other group members who insults you,, then that feeling comes that there is something wrong in me that even the good ones disrespects or turns bully. You doubt yourself, your personality I live with 6 roomates and i am moving out mext month in a private room i couldnt take it anymore

Absolutely agree-personality improvement is a journey worth taking! I remember when I started focusing on my self-confidence; it truly transformed my interactions. Humor has a unique way of breaking the ice in social situations. It not only helps build connections but also fosters resilience. Programs like the Sense of Humor Improvement Program by Habit10x highlight how a good sense of humor can enhance personal growth and make challenges seem lighter. Let’s keep evolving and remember that embracing our authentic selves, with a touch of humor, can lead to richer relationships!
