Nice links, I'll def check them out. Thankfully I don't get shouted at often (except for the occasional crazy person in downtown who thinks I'm a government spy 🕵️♂️ )

trapped is not necessarily bored... sometimes you are trapped because you are financially trapped and you don't know your options to move into another position because options are limited.

Hey Michelle, only twenty percent things are ok in this lesson, It looks like that you really don't know what going on in corporate world. We have more than eight years experience of corporate sectors, In reality Boss likes foot lick people instead of hardworking employee. Because they always available around boss surroundings to do their personal work also. This is the actual face of corporate world. Sincerity, talent all these doesn't have sense only you have to learn, how to say Yes even though the boss were wrong. Corporate world is like slavery so now instead of making such video on, make video how to start your own business and what kind of business you can start with in low budget this will really helpful, because of this lockdown job system is totally collapsed. Make video on Selfdependent.

Every day for the past 20 years has been 11-12 or more hours a day. We call this corridor time. Plus more during storms, "Professional time not paid" (I work for a utility). 24x7 on calls for system issues too. Also have responsibilities on weekends and holidays. So that means 365 days a year even is it's just checking to see my reports get their Saturday/Sunday/holiday work gets done. Last year I recorded my time for myself. 800 hours Corridor time and Professional time not paid (that's equal to 20 forty hour weeks), plus I lost 10 vacation days making myself available for storms. My peers in the same department get paid for all of that because there are union folks at their locations. They don't supervise them but because they are in proximity they get paid. My only true break was 4 years ago when I had open heart surgery. I was left alone for the first 4 weeks on my recovery.

A beautiful video and an informative one. But what's the worst part is when none of these solutions work at all and your co-workers and bosses doesn't understand you at all, it's really frustrating.
