this is so helpful, I’ve been doing pole for 3 years and still haven’t figured out the best way for my body to hold a leg hang. Explaining the technical mechanics like this is awesome!

I love your videos and they are so helpful especially for somebody like me who needs to understand the science of something before I can even attempt to physically do it I have a request could you do a tutorial on the handspring that's more kind of to the side so it looks more like a cartwheel rather than the more kicking straight back behind you and rotating up for turning your chest to the ceiling and then deadlifting your lower body into it please

I love how you explain the physics of things thank you so much for somebody like me I can't even attempt to do anything until I have worked out the mechanics of it in my head first your videos are so helpful

I really like your videos this one just seems so counter-intuitive to have the inside arm high especially extended all the way I'm going to be inverting usually I have my arms and hands download your my face so I don't have to get my ass as far up in the air when I invert I love pancakes though and would love to have some more material to work toward when it comes to fan kick type stuff you are amazing

This is the case with so many diagnoses. I always think of it as the equivalent of diagnosing someone with ‘blood on you syndrome’… There are any number of reasons you could be bleeding, it might have already stopped, or the blood might not be from the patient at all.

Ling ling can pole dance while playing a whole orchestra all at once . . . . Jokes aside, it's really impressive that you could tense your muscles and still make your violin sound great. Bravo👏🏼👏🏼

I don’t like my lupit pole set up sucks I hate the screws and my spin isn’t hat great like people say.. I prefer my xpole way more stable for full size girls and no screws to install the pole. And xpole dome is better

Thanks for your thoroughness! Any updates on how the pole is doing after almost 2 years? Would this still be your chrome pole of choice?

I'm still using it regularly. Lupit is highly variable in terms of stickiness depending on humidity, which is important to note. There are some adjustments I've recommended to Lupit, and I believe most have been implemented (though they recently moved factories, so I don't have the latest info). Overall, still quite pleased with it. Top and bottom, if you live somewhere super humid, could have some amount of rusting as the material isn't chrome right near the top plate, and the rubber of the top and bottom plates can also in high humidity start to unglue--so you have to check for that. This is not unique to Lupit, to be clear. It's part of just pole wear and tear than all manufacturers are continually working to improve.
