Sergio is a friend of mine. He's coming. Mark my words. This year is gonna be his year. His life is stable. He's in a great relationship. He's settled in Vegas. I've known him 6 years now and I've never seen him like this. Focused. Happy. Hs's in a great place and he's gonna surprise a lot of people with the way he shows up.

Copper is good for hair and it is also good for Varicose Veins... Nick Walker must be Copper deficient to have Varisoe Veins like he has. Don't know if adding more Copper now will reverse it, but if he gets the veins removed, it will stop it from reoccuring. Making a tea of Mint, Bay Leaves and Rosemary will not only help the hair GROW, but it will also turn the hair back to its original color.

@@RonHarrisMuscle If you eat foods like these Ron you may not need any supplementation The richest dietary copper sources include shellfish, seeds and nuts, organ meats, wheat-bran cereals, whole-grain products, and chocolate. I feel all bodybuilders need supplementation or IV vita/Mineral drips because with the PEDs and hard workouts, it is easy to fall into a deficiency and then problems arise. Also BBers do not eat enough of a variety of foods that ensure all their vitamin and mineral needs are met. Maybe you can do a show on this topic... it would benefit amateur and pro athlete alike.

@@tomandersson5089 until I started taking a low dose of Cialis every day, I hadn’t had a really good pump in the gym for years, very reliant on pre-workouts with a lot of caffeine

@@RonHarrisMuscle i dont take pwo with caffeine.. it gave me 3 afibs.. so now i really dont take anything with caffeine in it! i drink 1 cup of coffe in the morning thats it.... i was in the hospital for 5 days the last time... so im scared to death of caffeine.... so pwo without caffeine works ok i miss the focus though.... but i pour a half a scoop of beta-alanine in it.. it works ok... but with cialis also the pump is insane....

I have had lee's posters on my bedroom walls since i was 14. I'm now 35 and still have his pictures on my living room walls & is the reason i started lifting weights, he truly is Australias biggest bodybuilding icon & their will never be another Lee Priest. ❤🙌🏻👑🇦🇺

I 100% agree with Lee on the smaller divisions. A few is fine, but it is getting ridiculous. If you don’t look like a bodybuilder, I’m sorry you don’t belong on the stage. I would even cancel men’s physique, I don’t think anyone cares except the athletes and they should just grow bigger legs and go Classic.

lee is actually a really cool dude he,s just being himself never frightened to speak his mind so while most of the other pro,s are hiding behind a mask and are frightened to speak there minds in fear of there future placings so they carry on kissing ass, and to this day i do believe he still is one of the most popular bodybuilders on this planet and yes he even answers all his messages on insta. in 2025 i will be going to one of his seminars here in the uk run by tiger t in january ron.

Lee Priest my fav BB of all time.... when i moved to my first apartment when i was 17 i had pictures of Lee in my kitchen.. he was huge when he was young insane it was 32 years ago.... so huge at that age insane!!!! and he is saying what ever he feels and dont give a f-k... thats how i am to... thats why Lee is so loved by many people.. and hated by many people haha.... I don't know why people are always lying, even on social media. And when you write something they don't like, they erase it. Lee had only arms and nothing else. His back was small, no hamstrings, and don’t even talk about glutes because, at the time, that was a criteria. No chest. The judges sometimes rewarded him because he was under a Weider contract. I was disappointed when I saw the judges placing him ahead of some giants. When I saw his 2003 Olympia performance, I couldn't understand how this guy could be on stage with such a poor shape. It's a shame and an insult to the bodybuilding and fitness community to be on stage in such a shape, to be at the Mr. Olympia with the elite. kzbin.info?search_query=olympia+2003
