So, they’re saying Matt has been training a ton of people as a brand and others do the emailing and Matt would occasionally talk on the phone. This, if true is unethical and dishonest. What does that say about the integrity of RAW when one of its principles is being exposed in this light?

On the one hand, not every coach can train everybody. No coach can possess all the secret formulas to coach every body type. Just like one vehicle can't do it all. On the other hand, one can learn from research to guide one's way around to coach on his own. I used DR and Ron to get the info I needed to stay healthy and fit!

Ron was man enough to apologize to Samsons wife because she was as good as any man at prepping Samson... she learned from her experiences as well as active research on everything bodybuilding. Having coaches is OK so long as the athletes are paying attention to the protocols, learning the science, and recording their progress in a training journal or diary so you can look back on what worked and what didn't... it's all part of the journey... but ultimately, it should be about getting all the tools to pave your own path and take control of your own destiny

I want an old head to talk to him. Forger that, I'm 400lbs stuff. That's not important. For example, if he last stepped on stage at 265, there's no need to get over 300. High 290s would be best! Why?! Because you not going to step on stage at 300. A 25lb gain. Also the way he's training, eating amd supplementing should be looked at. Be even better by someone with a fast metabolism

I think Matt’s a scumbag with the ghost coaching and fake gear shit! I don’t buy the focused on family and other things, that’s a fake cop out. That said, i did hear Justin Compton on Leo’s podcast and he said he saw screenshots of Quint apologizing for essentially “emotional eating” at the end of his offseason and say that he’s locked in now. I believe Quint but there’s certain things that I think are being embellished. Like he’s claiming the drugs were super low and that Matt didn’t push DNP which I’ve heard from past clients and Phil Viz that’s a big reason he’s melting muscle off guys and I think Q is too embarrassed too admit that was part of it, and is trying to salvage his reputation. Just like SEO usage is super prevalent, DNP is more prevalent than these guys would like to admit.

Red flag! Quint weight trained himself, but then blames the coach because he weighed 320 pounds and expected to have more muscle. Quint had unrealistic expectations of the amount of muscle he gained, versus the amount of weight that he gained. And Qwaint always talks about people like him, or people from his part of the world. Maybe he needs a coach like him, to be successful.
