0:19 It's because your UI is another object in a game's world and is binded to player. And because smooth camera isn't tightly binded to player, UI is going off too. UI should be rendered over what camera has captured, not recorded by in-world camera

That's because the UI is fixed to the player position. You can try and position smooth UI too, maybe that would fix the problem. Or you can fix your UI to the camera position

Okay I beat the game and only after coming back to watch do I realize how Recycling works, it's basically a great combo with Scanner/Terrain Scanner, which reveals mines but doesn't destroy them. And those mines might have an annoying effect on the board like a Cryo or Jammer, (or something even more dangerous, no spoilers for anyone who might read this before playing themselves)

I figured out that Recycling + Terrain Scanner = good time after a few runs. It took me a while but I finally beat the game with only a single mine remaining. Also, another sort of related thing, hazard scanner or whatever it was called is kind of bad. It really doesn't reveal that much in terms of info, and is only occasionally useful, where using only recycling on its own is way more useful.

Also, it reveals any numbers that would be beneath such mines/structures, which are often zeroes. It clears out things quite a lot.

hevalius is the incorruptible die character, he has incorruptible aura, defensive boon and normal incorruptible, other normally only has zero to one additional incorruptible

youre playing very slow, runs dont take 2 hours, my runtime is around 40 minute, on higher anomalys, where i need to think more 1 hour to 1 hour and 20 minutes

in short: I have a more agressive playstyle and play faster, i know the games mechanics by heart and don't need to overthink and read that much. Incorruptible is an awesome dice face, but it doesn't help you on the damage side. The problem is that it needs so many resources, both inside and outside of combat. think about how much time and shards it cost you to have this very op incorruptible dice. Incorruptible is overkill. One very important thing about this game is that the base damage of enemys don't scale well, on higher anomalys even less. What actually increases is the scaling, and that you need to adapt against different scenarios, not just big numbers. Because of this, its often enough to have a full purification meter at the end of your turn early in most fights. If you play a very agressive deck you dont need much, sometimes even nothing, defensive. Because of the nature of the purification and corruption system you can redirect your scaled damage onto yourself and still be fine, while killing your enemy. Now to incorruptible: it cant be used offensively, it needs tons of resources and stalls the game. this is normally not good. This isn't much of a problem on low anomaly levels, but as further as you get you will notice that the enemy scaling outpaces your scaling if you rely too much on incorruptible, there is a reason why there is not much backlash from the community that its "too op" to one earlier comment, i mixed up defensive boon and defensive drain (enemy lightshield/self incorruptible + enemy corruption)

the compendium updates if you see a relic, you dont need to take them. the reason why you havent seen those sentinels is because they are characterspecific. every character has his own sentinel

this bug was fixed yesterday together with some other unfortunate softlocks, like getting a certain event as moonie take one specific relic from six, the behenian mask (at the start of combat gain 35 sands of time) trigger it with cursed prediction, done! softlocked. tbh no clue how people found this out, this relic isnt even that good, the other choices are normally better

the collapsed sun was just bugged, they fixed it. They dont get affected by start of turn and end of turn effects like decay, ruin, afflicion, safeguard, unholy mist or relief. normaly decay would go through incorruptible, cus it specifically increases overcorruption and thus wont be affected by incorruptible

Spelunky with randoms is genuinely unbearable. You do a good job of making it look fun though; seeing the would be trolls and murderers get dunked on brings justice into the world. I hate when hell breaks loose because of some percieved slight or psychotic episode and the lobby just turns into a free-for-all

I feel like you misunderstood decimater skull, enemys dont :deal: one more corruption and purify, they :receive: one more corruption and purify from all sources. You can think of it like all enemys have one serenity and one torment

You can enhance every dice, enhancing an enemy dice is actually an achievement and there is a relic which deals 120 purification to an enemy if their dice gets enhanced

Dont underestimate timeless, its a very powerful effect, it can help you set up your next turn. One thing with timeless, that dice stays un your hand until you play it, you can retain it over multiple turns. Its very good with inspired.

If you take damage and heal at the same time (area purify against thorns, relief and affliction etc.) your hp only changes based on the difference of the corruption and purify, this makes that you dont die if you heal 7 and take 7 corruption at the same time. If either would process before the other you would loose hp, if the hp change is only the difference you dont. And just that you know, with same time i mean same process, if you kill an enemy with 1 thorns and 1 wave and you have 6 corruption that the next corruption from thorns would kill you the wave saves you even though the animation of wave is way longer than the one from taking damage from thorns
