KNIX used the KDWB '97 package back in 1999 The resings sounded really good. I remember hearing that one cut that sounded like, "102.5 KNIX!" The KDWB package sounded great on KNIX. Hopefully, they'll use the KDWB '97 package again. Maybe.

I lived in LA at the time & GrooveRadio was HUGE! But there was quickly drama around one of their popular drive-time djs who I seem to remember either was a drag queen or took on a drag queen persona on the air. Something happened, someone was fired, I don't remember details...but that was the beginning of the end as I recall. But its brief existence was like a WeHo Camelot lol!
