I was initially thinking the same way as you are doing it now, however as I gradually started to did bit more in to Islamic religion and shariah law I relished Javed Ghamdi has is own way interpreting the religion and at the same time he disregard other renowned scholars.

Although I hold great respect for Ghamidi Sahib's intellect and concur with many of his viewpoints, there are certain areas where I respectfully differ in opinion. Mr. Hamza, could you kindly highlight a couple of topics on which you also disagree with Ghamidi Sahib? This would help demonstrate that you are not biased in your assessments.

Just to expound on the fiqhi aspect, the understanding in the Hanafi madhab is that blasphemy is the same as regular kufr and that there's tazeer for crimes of blasphemy in the case of non Muslims which is a weak opinion as it is not based on reliable sources while Imam Abu Hanifa (RaheemAllah) himself was of the opinion that non-Muslims cannot be executed for blasphemy and that the penalty applies to Muslims. The Maliki, Shaafi and Hanbali madhaiab are in agreement that blasphemy is not exactly the same as regular kufr but a separate and distinct offence, however they differ on method of carrying out the legal proceedings. As a Hanbali I'm more inclined to the opinion that blasphemy is more severe than regular kufr itself, and would reference Ayat 65 and 66 of Surah At Tauba as well as ayah 140 of Surah An Nisa from Al Quran as evidence for the claim. But I digress, the burden of proof for such an offence is quite high such as witnesses of sound memory, sanity and upright moral character character and an absolute surety of the statements uttered by the accused as well as defence statements taken at face value if that someone says "Qasam Allah ki" or "Wallahi". And one last caveat, if a Muslim has falsely accused another Muslim of the most heinous crime, then that accusation becomes true for the accuser rather than accused (paraphrasing). So my humble advice to the ummah is to not take such matters lightly.

Its really sad to see you think that ghamdi fikr is the Right islam and it was hidden from Ummah for 1300 years, its the most dumbest thing to say for a person who thinks he is intellectually strong and is a researcher , What the deen of that time was will only be known from Ahle bait , Abu bakar, umar , usman , and and thats it. and if You think Imam Jaffer or Imam Hussain or even Imam shafii or Abu hanifa followed the same concepts as ghamdi then you my friend are mistaken. hope you find the right path , The Path of Ahle Bait. The Path of Khulafaye rashidun and Lastly the path of MUHAMMAD SAW.
