Bhai 7 - 11 am is prime time so everyone is at the gym. Then 5.30 to 9 pm its the same. Toh gym bada bhi ho but crowded bahut hota hai during peak hours. Devraj bhi morning peak hours mein hi jata hai from what I can tell

eat in a surplus- train them twice a week in a full range of motion with Minimal ego. Try going for cable laterals instead of dumbbells as tension is constant on them and there’s no room for ego

It’s machine specific bro. On this Lat pull-down machine you have to lean a little backwards otherwise the tension comes too much on the Upper back and trap region

I do the same 2x p upar se ravi sir ek hi baat baar baar repeat krte to time jada lgta plus bccho k chats k reply krne lgte wha bi time nikal jata, last year i was studying with him unfortunately got 96 with low sectional cutoff in qa; this year i switched my teachers and i found some of the best this time considering the time frame left and no of hours vs value they deliver; wish this year ends on better note than 2023 for both of us ⬆️🤞🏻
