How long did the testers model cement hold up on the silver plastic part? Did it last long? Thanks in advance.

So far it's held up. The silver didn't cover the bottom so it wasn't an issue...yet

Thanks. I just bought this at Target earlier today. Since I’ve been cooking more at home I’ve also had a big increase in fruit flies. 😔 Hopefully, this will help. 🤞 I’ll follow-up on my progress.

Yes I do, the frustrating part is the backlight for the screen isn't very good except at night so it is a little hard to see, I'll make a follow-up video soon.

I think I need to replace the lens on mine and have no idea how to take it off as I’ve tried turning the lens but it does not budge and am trying not to break anything

It's actually at the cell phone lot, there's a wide paved area there too where people can watch planes. It's a good spot but there are no tables/chairs/etc.

American Airlines contracts out some of the local flights on their American Eagle brand to other airlines like PSA Airlines. This flights is branded as an American Eagle flight but is actually flown by a company called PSA Airlines. Looks like it handled the water quite well, it still works. Was it left mounted upright or left laying on it's back in the weather/rain and does it still function as designed. Most "water proof" items are really just water resistant. I would continue to use it, The real test will be the condition that it is in a month from now after a lot of use and abuse, will it still work then, This is a good chance to see what it can handle, so I wouldn't throw it away quite yet ...

It had actually been out for a little over a month continuously after I switched the coops. We had to take it down for an event at the house. Given the rust in the battery compartment we disposed of the unit already. Thanks for the comment!

It did turn on by itself when I opened it but i don't remember how charged it was. I did plug in the solar panel pretty much right away so it's hard to tell. Thanks for watching, hope it works well for you!

Can this scan tools reset a service light or inspection light like in a VW or Audi?

I can't say I'm sure, I only have domestic vehicles but it was able to turn off service lights on mine. According to the Harbor Freight website it is able to read and clear check engine and ABS lights on Domestic and Asian vehicles as well as reading/clearing basic trouble codes in European vehicles. Something I realized I missed while posting this was that there isn't much functionality to the app with this camera. This camera is not a smart camera so it can't communicate with the app.

The blue ring must seal against the shoulders of the jar, press down until the initial vacuum forms under the white sealer. That was probably the problem when the first one would not turn off automatically. You would be surprised how small a crack/leak it takes to ruin/prevent a vacuum seal. Please set the time on your stove, it's flashing and bothers me. Good video. Thank You...

I appreciate the attention to detail! The flashing is the difference in the frames per minute of filming and the LCD clock, it is the correct time. You’ll notice when the vacuum sealer is plugged in it messes with the LED lights as well. I’ll keep an eye on the seal next time as well, thanks for watching!
