Basically GRX levers are not compatible with xt/xtr rear derailleur. So I bought a GRX rear derailleur. This is because when you change gears with a GRX lever, the distance of the cable you pull is different that with a xt/xtr lever.

sir, i am torn between buying this d100 or d500. my wife wants it to be super silent and i want to be able to use zwift. have you experienced d500? do you definitely recomment the latter?

My road bike is a Campagnolo 10sp Bianchi, so that's the only thing stopping me buying this. My options would be D100 Zwift Cog and Click, but then I'm tied to Zwift; buying a Shimano 10sp conversion cassette with Campagnolo 10sp spacing (one place in the UK sells them); or buying a Jtek Shiftmate, which alters shift ratios from Campagnolo to Shimano, but would have to be removed if I want to use the bike outside on Campag cassette. Otherwise, I'd have to buy an Elite plus a Campagnolo freehub, which will cost almost double the cost of a D100.
