A race for the ages by Lange! Cant remember him being that good in the swim. For next year Ditlev is imo the favourite to win. Running that good after breaking down and nearly quitting is also very impressive. Sadly without Kona it will just not be the same. Lets hope they reverse that decision.

You are either extremely callous or totally uninformed, wait: third possibility you are a total idiot. Just about everyone criticized Lange over the last year or so, switching coaches, not performing well in previous races, injuries... to be fair: He was never the most jovial fellow, not likeable like Jan, but to win his 3rd Ironman Hawaii and IN NEW RECORD TIME alone gives him the right to jump around as he darn well pleases, most others can hardly crawl afterwards. Then there is /was his personal tragedy: He lost his mother to cancer and dedicated this, probably his last competitive race to her.
