Once the agent is deployed on the host machine, how is it kept up to date? For e.g. if the agent is deployed on a Windows Server, how does it get patched if there is an update to the ACC-V plugin? Is this something that is done automatically through the instance (via the MID server), OR, would you need to rely on the server team to update/patch the agent?

We have a number of different discovery sources and we want to have a simple rule for when something is "in-use" and when it is "not-in-use". For us, operational / in-use (stage/status) will be for CIs that we discover within 8 days of today. If the CI has NOT been updated in 8+ days, we wanted to set stage/status to inventory / NOT-IN-USE (caps would be a new status field)...but we cannot add this (it's locked down). So what should we be doing in this case?

Seems like the new stage/status of "End of Operation/Pending Evaluation" would work for you.

Aren't microservices cis that support an application service which is a deployed instance of the business application. Acuity Connect Prod is the prod instance of acuity connect and it is made up of a bunch of prod microservices cis as well as other cis (apache, tomcat, databases, servers, etc). The same would go for the other environments.

I am implementing Instance Data Replication. The table I am replication is sys_user_group. It has many custom attributes. After seeding when I checked it did not replicate the custom fields and values. I had selected all fields in Enable Transform. Can you tell what could be the reason?

How can I replace an existing playbook with another available playbook in an existing workspace? Workspace: Digital Product Release Playbook Experience: DPR Playbook Experience In the Digital Product Release workspace, under the tab Release Administration -> Demo Release Template, I’m receiving an error notification: "There are no playbooks available. overall content was decent but the explanation about the process throughout the case study can be improved. The speaker was not able to convey the information properly and there is serious problem in understanding what they're speaking sometimes because of the way they are speaking. Hello! Does anybody have an Idea, how it really is in Washington instances? My fix scripts run only during the applicaiton installation. When I publish new version of the app, even when I update the fix script as well, even when I create a new fix script, they don't run when I do the applicaiton update on the target instances. What can be wrong?

You guys should maybe think about making separate training videos for people with programming background. This is a lot of new terms and verbs that sound unintelligible when rattled off. It would be much easier if you described "Flows" as functions for example or even "Playbook Activity Overrides" as redirects or "Data Definition" as passing variables from the Flow to the Action. I know you're appealing to low-code users, but you'd be helping a lot of people with these skills already.
