In Xanadu+ were creating a dispute questionnaire that can be leveraged across many networks. In order for banks to process disputes for their customers they need to provide an intake experience where they get all the necessary information on the transaction, and using these inputs, the reason code and chargeback eligibility rules are run which ultimately determines how the dispute will be resolved. Our new generic questionnaire will simplify the confugration of these rules. In addition, we are introducing the ability to process disputes on multiple networks on a single case, making the dispute process much more efficient for these transactions.
