i never liked this guy and i am glad their company went bankrupt. i sort of knew it was going to happen. selling overpriced junk and all those poor consumers now are without warranty. they shouldve lowered the price of these bikes but this guy is too arrogant. hope pole never comes back to screw over any more consumers

Leo Kokkonen and Kaisa Härkönen stole 19000€ from me. They performed a big fraud when taking my order a few days before bankruptcy. Already bankrupt, Mr Kokkonen posts funny videos on youtube and instagram. No emotional intelligence, just a criminal mind.

Obviously sad...I mean devastating!...I own a pole voima since September 22...the bike is a piece of engineering art and performs beyond expectation (especially after several upgrades like: ZEB ultimate, Öhlins TTX rear shock and GX transmission...etc.)...its a joy to ride and own it-in that sense it is really a shame that it appears that pole has to call the quits 😞. I do see a market for the bikes in the future and keep my fingers crossed, that we will see a resurrection soon (would be also be nice to maintain my guarantee, in particular, in regard to the design flaw of the swing arm)...at least I would buy a Pole again!!! I also feel very sorry for customers who paid without delivery-my condolences...I hope there is a chance to solve this. Communication/customer service was always an issue with pole...may voima came with a delay of approx 3,5 month...the process was pretty painful until the bike finally arrived...in that sense I feel with the customers beyond the possible loss of money but the loss of the joyful experience to ride the bike. Concerning Leo: I do understand that a lot of people who appear to loose money (lets hope that they finally get their bike or at least a refund-guess that might be part of the insolvency process that accounts payable might be served at least partially) are pissed off, nevertheless, I do not assume criminal energy behind the current situation. For sure he is a bright mind and visionary-lets hope there will be a solution to refund the disappointed customers as well as Leo might be able to continue to design built and sell beautiful bikes. Such a shame! The only company with the good sense to make ONLY alloy frames with 80° seat tube angles, a proper amount of bigger and more durable bearings in each pivot and the only frame manufacturers to create an EMTB with 190mm travel that climbs MUCH better than any Levo. . . . So obviously there isn't going to be any more production of frames for the foreseeable future. Do you have a specific amount of each frame already finished and ready to ship?

Anyone who doesn't receive the bike they ordered should go to the police and file a criminal complaint. Print out the email correspondence and send it to the relevant district court in Finland. That's the only way they'll know how many people they've collected in the end.

When I bought my Vioma, Sonni was not available…I like the geo numbers slightly better on the Sonni…I really hope Pole is given a second chance…and that all customers caught in the insolvency get refunds…Pole treated me well!
