I've been able to cast from my pc using apple tv but after 5 or 10 minutes the output on the tv starts to freeze and unfreeze. I'm wondering if it might be a wifi bandwidth issue or something 9n my windows pc (win 10/8 gbs ram).

Apple has disabled the ability to sign into Apple TV on a browser or Android phone (at least outside the USA... Tried physically in Nigeria and UK and with a VPN at various locations and in various computers and phones). Only way to view now is the Apple TV app on a PC. This is uncastable if there is such a word. I spoke many hours with Apple and was about to cancel my subscription but then I discovered the PC app. Limited. I'll cancel after Slow Horses finishes.

When I installed VNC Server to my Laptop, I dont get to the step where I have to give a VNC password. instead I was directed to purchase a package

Is it only viewable if the PC is on your local network or can you view it if it is connected to the internet at another location?

Hello! I have a zenbook pro duo, that has a 4K dual monitor, the secondary one has 3840x1100 resolution, I want to split it into two 1920x1100 monitors, so that when I make youtube full screen, it covers just half the screen. Is this possible?

It's even worse when some shows work fine or even when one season works and the next it's super zoomed out. What's insufferable is shot to shot the aspect ratio changing, so you have to manually change it all the time
