the hook/chorus was sampled from a song called "A Bitter Song". the woman who made it claims that making sad songs every now and then helps her feel much better and DO much better. the fact $B$ used this sample shows their motives are focused on recovery and turning depression into something more elated and forgiving.

My boyfriend has lost his father and has gone no-contact with his mom and brother all within the span of the year. He experienced every type of abuse growing up. He has earned the right to feel insecure just like I have earned the right to want to avoid situations. But I love him so much that I am willing to learn to stop avoiding things so that he can feel more secure in our relationship. He is not a burden though. He has just been through so much and any sane person would doubt the people closest to them if they’d been through something similar. He’s worth the effort, just like I am worth the effort to him.

@@sheatetables I have to agree with her on this one this is not anything about insecurity but mostly about depression I'm a veteran my buddy off himself in combat and I blame myself for it every day but I'm not insecure in relationships

@@HealingWithJas he is highly insecure because of his poor attachment from childhood and the significant losses he has recently suffered has only made it harder for him to believe that he is capable of love. Just because we have challenges navigating healthy communication doesn’t mean that it is hard to be in a relationship with him. I am defensive because I would be upset if he saw this since I know he he’s trying to learn and get better and it makes me sad to think that in seeking out info about his challenges, he could find judgmental biased videos that would only make him feel more guilty

@@sheatetables and again, the defensiveness is coming from a place of questioning yourself about it. Could use some reflection on yourself and your relationship it sounds like. I used very clear examples in my video- and you’re projecting your relationship problems onto it.

I like to think of it more of just communication. Eventually with enough time they will be out of being insecure. Sometimes someone needs that secure partner to help them realize that they are loved yes it may take years but that's what love does to you you put your time and effort into it there will be days even months where you get frustrated with them but when you open your feelings to them you will get it. That result you would have been working for and the next thing you know all the hard work that you put into they're going to be a secure person. It takes patience

It is no one's responsibility other than the person dealing with the insecurities to fix. One cannot expect their partner to "fix them" or process the emotions for them and it's certainly not their job to.

@@HealingWithJas I don't mean to come off saying that what I mean is I'll put myself out there I have an insecure girlfriend she doesn't lash out at me per se nor does she put me in a situation where I have to prove my innocence she's been in previous bad relationships and her family has made her think about herself negatively. So sometimes she needs that validation from a partner there's nothing wrong with wanting validation from your partner every now and then

His mom is still alive but hes never had a good relationship w her, he said when he was little she would sometimes choose other men over him & his dad got sentenced to 55 years in prison when he was like 5 yrs old

His dad is doing 50 years in prison, he lost his grandma who basically raised him. He's lost a handful of close friends. He has been through so much it's crazy

He died he took a bunch of pills on a plane and a bunch of guns he end up taking all those pills because the pilot of the plane was told cops would be at the airport waiting for them to get off the plane so he took all these pills and started taking them and like 30 pills at one he had a seizure and he died at 21 he was talking about xxx and lil peep if you listing close you will see what he is talking about also look at a song called drive bye by juice wrld unheard he also died the same day as John Lennon 6days after his bday he died December 8th

I had a coworker who looked like she wanted to cry. She told me what happened and I felt bad. I asked her if she wanted a hug. She said yes and I let her cry on me. Next day, she felt a little better.
