hi my friend is actually gaspar and hes gay hje liked the video very much and is very interested in your workouts maam. he reached in the spine while doing this training and practicted some really good posture, he aslo inhaled up and down 2 4 3 2 up, two more times and he really exnjoyed it, he also reached up last time all the way up and brung hes arms up to center and brought in some rotation where he rotated up hes arm and rolled up dropped his arm down and great down 2 how you doing? do that again 3 2 roll up and rotate come back

Great to hear that you continue to benefit from these! I got in shape with this series a decade ago, and I have done them for a couple of months now. I think I need to switch it up eventually, do you have recommendations for a similar type of workout? I've tried a lot of wo that didn't work for me like this one 🤩
