I was working at Maccas of all places and on my break watched this the day after the brits aired and I remember my mate saying "you ok there mate? you've gone a bit quiet all of a sudden" I just remember thinking, "this is going to be one of them performances that people will talk about in years to come as up there as one of the best, most heartfelt live performances of all time".... just life altering even now

Great song. Beautiful voice. Hopefully, director was fired immediately after show. Likely paid by the number of camera angles used. Falling glitter a distraction. A little restraint would have made this video epic.
