Can I plug my Anderson plug into my second battery, which is deep cycle?
@sepsadventures2 күн бұрын
It’s difficult for me to answer your question with limited information but a second battery in a car is general used to power up a portable fridge, lights or something of that nature. If you are asking if you can plug an Anderson plug from your caravan into a second battery located in your car, best if you refer to an auto electrician who will be able to advise you regarding your wiring and other components that my be required. Cheers!

Great video, Seps Adventures. Looking forward to your next upload from your travels. I smashed that thumbs up button on your content. Keep up the awesome work! The view from Fort Burke Lookout is stunning! How do you think the mining operations in Cobar have impacted the local environment over the years?
@sepsadventures10 күн бұрын
Like many mining towns they have a tendency to contribute to town projects which benefit the community. Most mining operations now have strict rules and are monitored by government departments such as the Mines Department and EPA with large fines for breaches. Thanks for your comment. Cheers!

Hay sep good video mate cheers But I don’t sapose you know the colour conversion from oem stater to eBay Chinese harnes do ya ? I got everything except the magneto stater and I have 4 wires coming out of the engine and 5 wires on the harness with a different plug haha Any clue mate ? Cheers
@sepsadventures17 күн бұрын
Unfortunately I didn’t try to adapt the original stator to the aftermarket wiring as you are trying to do. I didn’t have success with any of the aftermarket wiring but found a wrecked bike that still had original wiring and spark so I used the wiring and components from this one. Sorry mate unable to assist you with your question. Thanks for your comment.

Good video 👍 Yup I discovered this issue with my ARB jumpstarter a few years ago, I was not happy. I’ve kept the unit as it still does its primary function but due to recent events I’m looking for a new jumpstarter that will power my accessories like my little 15l console fridge. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THE ARB JUMPSTARTER.

I loved your very down to earth review - thank you! Great to see the 2024 version up close and perrsonal. I was thinking of buying the 1.6 petrol turbo but hearing that the previous models are not great on-road performers. Do you know if they've made a new 24 version of the petrol turbo, by any chance? For me, diesel would be unaffordable. Thanks 🙂

Can you please tell me what the tiny wires were that were coming out of the back wall? Thanks
@sepsadventuresАй бұрын
Some of the wires are connect to an LED light that’s fitted on the underside of the cabinet and there are two wires not connected to anything. Maybe these two wires are for another accessory that is not fitted to the van. Thanks for your question. Cheers!

Hi buddy, great video and explanation, i bought a stand today, without bolts, what are they like, you're very strong BTW
@sepsadventuresАй бұрын
Best if you can get the original bolts that suit the machine but if not you will be able to buy similar ones from a hardware store like Bunnings. Just need to ensure the bolt diameter suits the hole size and the length allows for washers and locking nut. Hope this helps and thanks for your comment. Cheers!

Simple solution mate 👍 , something we need as our awning is too low to put a permanent line up like the others suggest because the steel line will stop the door from opening . Thank for the handy tip

Nice explanation, thank you very much. We just bought a 2024 MU-X They've raised the GVM to 2800. The dealer went through the 3500kg caravan example with us after we paid for our car and fitted towbar, racks etc. We were left with 45kg of load capacity. But I think he underestimate the wife and my weight. We never wanted to tow a big van anyway and will be seeking out as light a van as possible. It's BS the way they quote these Max Towing weights, they should specify that it only works with a single person in the vehicle, and a Jockey at that..
@sepsadventures2 ай бұрын
I have met so many people that are towing vans that have very little understanding of their weights or even if they are compliant. I think for some it’s in the too hard basket and others know they are overweight but choose to ignore it. Good to see you have done your homework and the dealer explained your vehicles weights. Appreciate your comment. Cheers!
