Koi issue ki baat nahi hai. Kafi baar devices update hone me time lag jata hai. Fir bhi aap 3 kaam kar sakte ho. 1. Apne Router ko reset karke dubara se new password banaiye or apne phone ko Air Fiber ke Wi-Fi se connect kar lijiye. 2. Jis engineer ne connection lagaya tha usko call karke isko theek karwa lijiye. 3. Agar fir bhi engineer apko koi response na de to aap online complaint raise kar dijiye. Jio Airfiber does not support to work from home professional. Getting less than 10 Mbps speed in laptop out of 100mbps speed plan without vpn. And after connecting with VPN you will not get even 1 mbps speed. Unable to access office website and application. Not recommended for WFH professional. सिर्फ टीवी और कैमरा के लिए 30 Mbps का प्लान लेके लगा लो। #jioAirfiber scam with innocent people and not good for WFH professional#

Yes. In some location, internet speed is issue. But it's not everywhere. It's a wireless connection so speed and connectivity issue may happen.

Hi all I had taken Jio fiber Connection on 25 Mar 2024 after making payment for yearly subscription, I received the set up box and all the accessories, but your service person was not able to connect. I was following up for the connection for seven days and at last as per the advice of the person in change Mr. Ram prasad jio employee I cancelled the connection. Its already 3 months over till date i have not got my refund, they hv taken the setup box also. my concern is when they have if it is not possible to give connection why are they giving assurance and accepting the payments????????? I thought Jio is a reputed company with a well qualified and dignified persons who can give service promptly. But your service apart there is not even a single person who is able to solve the problem. From the past 3 months i had been following up for the refund with your customer care, it take nearly an hour to connect to the person and he doesn't even give the correct reply or solve the problem. Please give me any solution to get refund
