@AK-tf3jv See, All channels are played by OTT apps. So if you switch from an OTT to Another OTT than it will take some time like on mobile phone. Also same will be with live tv channel. Example - you are watching Star Plus. It means it's playing through Disney Hotstar. Now if change the channel like Star Sports than it will take very less time but if you switch the channel like Sony or Colours from Start Plus than it will take more time because where Star Plus is playing through Hotstar but Sony or Colours play through Sonyliv App. I hope you got the answer. 🙏

@cksmartsolution6821 Yes, but moving up down and right to left and vice versa from the Remote, the Cursor is taking time from top to bottom, it's not about the application opening, it's a setup box response, for example. if the remote cursor is at one application now move the cursor to another application. Hi sir, I got JioAirFiber and using it. I observed one problem while watching live cricket match. I see there is screen drops issue... I..e. if batsman swing bat you can obser screen drop and it is not smooth as you can see on DTH. Do you have any solution for this? I have 30 Mbps plan

It's a frame rate issue. Which TV are you using? Because if you watch Live TV through DTH then frame play very smoothly even in Non HD. But when you watch live TV through OTT App than it's works like Mobile screen and need high frame rate. You need go to Set Box settings and select the video quality on High mode or change it when required

Bhai, Aap sabse pahle apne set top box ko reset karo. Uske baad usko On hone ke 10 minutes ke liye chhod do. Uske baad sabse pahle Jio Plus App Open Karo. Agar wo apne aap activate ho jati hai to uske baad one by one sabhi app open karo and sabko apne aap Activate hone do. Uske baad Jo app mene video me dikhayi hai wo apne phone me ek ek karke activate Karo same mobile number se.

Bhai, mere phone ke My Jio App me to Unlimited hi show kar raha hai. Set Top Box ki My Jio App me 1000 GB show karta hai. Inme se konsa sahi hai ye nahi pata.
