Dr. Goldhamer... I asked 'ChatGPT' a question. Could you please give me your opinion on what it said. Could Prolonged Fasting (i.e. 21-40 Day Fast) make Stage 4 Cancer WORSE?? How might prolonged fasting inadvertently support the survival of certain cancer cells? ChatGPT said: Prolonged fasting might inadvertently support the survival of certain cancer cells through several mechanisms: Adaptive Responses: Some cancer cells may adapt to fasting conditions by entering a state of dormancy or reducing their metabolic activity, which can make them more resistant to treatments. Autophagy: Fasting can trigger autophagy, a process where cells degrade and recycle their own components. While this can be beneficial for normal cells, some cancer cells might use autophagy to survive in nutrient-poor conditions and resist therapy. Metabolic Changes: Cancer cells often rely on different metabolic pathways compared to normal cells. Prolonged fasting can alter the availability of nutrients and energy sources, which might benefit cancer cells that have adapted to use alternative metabolic pathways. Immune System Impact: Extended fasting can affect immune function. If fasting impairs the immune system's ability to detect and destroy cancer cells, it could inadvertently support their survival. In the context of stage 4 cancer, autophagy can be a double-edged sword. Here’s a breakdown of its potential impacts: Cancer Cell Survival: Autophagy, the process where cells break down and recycle their own components, can be beneficial for cancer cells. In stage 4 cancer, where the disease is advanced and metastasized, cancer cells might use autophagy to survive in low-nutrient environments and resist treatment. Treatment Resistance: Enhanced autophagy in cancer cells can contribute to resistance against chemotherapy and radiation, as the cancer cells might use the recycling process to repair damage and continue growing. Tumor Growth: In some cases, increased autophagy can facilitate tumor growth by helping cancer cells survive in hostile conditions, such as low oxygen or nutrient deprivation. Potential Benefits: On the flip side, controlled autophagy might help in removing damaged cells and reducing inflammation, which could potentially support overall health and treatment effectiveness. Due to these potential risks, it’s crucial for individuals with cancer to approach fasting with caution and under the guidance of healthcare professionals who can tailor advice based on individual health needs and treatment plans.

Ok. I understand about the Unhealthy Foods and SOS. But, what about the WATER?? How do we get CLEAN, unpolutedd water to drink? Bottled Water is contaminated by the Plastic Bottle, and Tap Water contains all sorts of chemicals, and Filters do too.

Unfortunately none of us in the world are safe because the industry went to far. All we can do to keep us living healthier is to water fast more and when we do eat, PB is the only option that will keep us from falling back to our addiction of foods. Process foods are literally killing us 😢however spring water is good. You just have to transfer it to glass or you can buy water in a glass jug

What's so funny about Dr. G is that he talks so much and so good about fasting but the man hates fasting and makes himself do it once per year. Come on😮

This is just hilarious! He is plant based, but, he puts his patients , essentially, on a carnivore diet, and has the guts to charge them for it, AND ,he doesn't feed them anything! Think about it. They fast on water and the salt,(that he vilified in all his videos), they EAT Absolutely, no carbs, no grains no fruits and no legumes or veggies, surviving only on their own fat stores for fuel. And they thrive! But, then this is priceless! When they come off the fast, he feeds them the very foods that contribute to the bad health that they had in the first place! All carbs, low or high glycemic , turn into glucose, excess glucose , over and above the five grams that the liver provides for body function.. That triggers insulin, which blocks out fat burning until the excess glucose gets burned off, brcsuse, THST EXTRA GLUCOSE IN YOUR BLOODSTREAM IS INFLAMMATORY, and damages the arteries lining,( the glycocalax)! When that lining is exposed to excess glucose it destroys it and leads to 60% higher risk of heart attack! He is so smug in his presentation, that he doesn't realize that he is shooting himself ,AND plantbased crowd, in the foot. Essential carbs ? How can they be essential, if they are not needed for forty dsys? Its the fats that is the preferred fuel for the cells!

Along with mr Campbell you gave long distance support to my decision to 100% organic wfpb dietary choices. My back pain has reduced in keeping with the recovery from an inflammatory state. Over 50 years of animal protein allowed my body to recover. Thanks again. And to the interviewer also. Funny introduction! Shine on brother💚🙏🏽
