What insurance companies cover this program?

The lodging/food is not covered by mainstream insurance. It is possible that services by their medical staff may be reimbursed as out of network. Their costs are pretty reasonable and if a water fast is what will help your condition, it would be good to talk with them.

I hope you tried calling again. They could have had a busy day or a staff member out the day you called. I've stayed at True North twice and have had good experience contacting them. The email address I used was [e-mail].
