Aslam u Alaikum Sir, Have you treated these patients only orthodontically?? I think these are orthognatic patients and these patients needs surgery too along with orthodontics

I want to remove my composite bonding which is done in front teeth , my dentist didn't tell me about its tendency...will my enamel be sanded away during this procedure.... kindly tell me

@@pritam9013 it's easy to get it removed without hurting enamel using this technique. Acid etching may help further to remark the material present on tooth. Followed by polishing.

It’s totally great work and clear thank you so much … I just have one question in my lecture which is poorly explained there’s a pics of case that bending the wire with the second order bends to extrude the UPPER INCISOR and intrude the UPPER LATERAL, would you explain me how that’s work ?

@@فاتنسعدعبدالجليل thanks When step bends are given in SS wire for eg. Step up mesial to central Incisor, now the wire will be little gingival to the bracket. When you forcefully bring that wire down and insert in central Incisor bracket, the tooth will intrude. I know it's difficult to imagine and easier with animation. I'll try to cover that topic soon

hello sir i have a theory where proclining the upper incisors and inclining the lower incisors may help the mandible slide forward and chin to appear more prominent..is this reasonable?

Nice thought. In growing age it's important that mandible doesn't get locked due to any malocclusion. Class 2 div 2 may lock the mandible so your theory is correct in that case. But in class II div 1 lower Incisors are sometimes proclined and doesn't allow mandible to grow
