I had some issues trying to make rigid bodies column demolition with this technique, I just couldn't make good export with old system, so I instanced demolition pieces in another object, than used bake node and realize instances, and than baked with collection export this one object in which I used bake node, and this worked properly. Bake to key frames is so slow that I wouldn't advise using it at this point.

good tutorial but in 3.4+ versions you cant use transfer atribute, use position - sample nearest(with point) - sample index (with vector and point), plug points to geometry in all samples and position to sample position and value
