@@eleniprovia7667 thank you! I’m always trying to be conscious and do what I can to be less wasteful. As a working pro, I use ALOT of disposables (for hygienic reasons) and some things can’t be avoided. But for myself personally, this tip works!

@@momratzen with that wig, it definitely wouldn’t work because of the bangs. I would dampen the hair and then brush back with hair gel. Use a strong hold hairspray to set it! They definitely have a ton of different wigs that Gaga wears in the film.

@@momratzen of course! What I would do in that case is use a strong hold gel on your wet hair, comb it back, set it in place with clips, then use a strong hold hair spray. You can let it air dry or help it dry faster with a cool blow dryer. That’s what I would do! ❤️

I love this look! And especially I love the tip on using glowy sunscreen instead of foundation. It makes the skin look much more healthy and natural - a kind of glass skin. I am doing this myself and it is fine. I am 63 years old.

not in this case! You can of course set your concealer but the Tower 28 formula is a bit self-setting so I didn't need to. I wanted to keep the amount of products to a minimum too!

Love it!!! 😍🫶🏼 What you showed us here is almost the same that I use to do as makeup (even for work or going on dates) so now I feel so validated 😂 I am 51 and the older I get I am aiming to wear more minimal, just enhancing makeup. (It actually seems to make one look younger) And another HUGE benefit for this kind of minimal makeup that I absolutely enjoy: It makes my packing for travel trips or leisure trips soooo much easier! 😍 Firstly, so much less stress for me to decide what to pack (because it’s already decided what I wear and need) and of course secondly my makeup bag is much smaller, lighter and easier to deal with. So thank you so much for this amazing video 🤩

Thank you so much for your amazing feedback!! I love your philosophy of "enhancing makeup". Truly, that's all it really needs to be (for the most part). You're also totally right about the travel aspect. I might need to create a travel makeup kit for myself and do a video on that. It's a great way to figure out what I really need and the things you can add if you're wanting to amp it up (a red lipstick, smoky eyeshadow palette, etc). Thank you!

I’m 58 and I buy tons of makeup because it’s so pretty but I don’t wear it, I’m afraid I look stupid. Is there anyway to feel confident in makeup? The only makeup I wear is mascara and a lip balm. But not everyday and never to work.

There absolutely is! If you have all of this makeup, you should definitely wear it especially since you say it's so pretty. I'll bet it will be even PRETTIER on YOU. What I would suggest is trying one new makeup thing each time you do your makeup, or even each week. That way, you can familiarize yourself with it and get used to it! Makeup is meant to enhance and I'm sure you can find something that makes you feel good.

I’m the same age and there are some good content creators who cater for our age group and do tutorials on more mature women. You can still get a minimal make up look that enhances features but uses all Of your products by teaching techniques to build your confidence

If it weren’t for my dark circles, I’d wear make up less frequently! But if I wear even a bit of concealer I need to do the rest of my face and this routine of yours is pretty much what I do almost every day!

@@runijones2625 love hearing that! I also know that laser treatments are good for undereye darkness too, if that’s something you can do. Also, there are so many great concealers out there that are great at covering under eye darkness, the Tower one included. (If you haven’t found them already.)

I have genetic dark circles, back to my teens, now I don’t get a lot of sleep (chronic pain), and on top of that I *sort of* have eye bags, but at 57 things move, and I have ‘troughs’. I’ve tried all the tips and had been using salmon/pink (to counteract blue) colour corrector 1st (of MANY Catrice was my favourite formula. Then I would just do what she does and add a little extra concealer under my eyes. It never quite worked as well as I hoped (although one tip, never going up near lashes is a good one). Also like her, I don’t wear make up every day, only when I’m feeling well or want to ‘play’. I have a far too large eyeshadow collection. Anyway, on non makeup days, even with the darkness I actually found I looked better without doing all that, (surprisingly) less tired, less wrinkly/crinkly, and, although not a goal, younger. I’ve found a touch of pink powder, Jones Road I think, brightens but doesn’t look ‘makeupy’. Really good video.

Makes sense to step back from your work duties on your day off. I’m not in the beauty industry and I love putting on makeup just for myself as an act of self care and creativity most days. But only if I feel like it. The Ciele tinted sunscreen is a fabulous new find, developed by a MUA. I also love Tower 28’s Drift mascara this fall.

DRIFT is literally my favorite clean mascara at the moment. It’s such a rich, warm brown. And I also LOVE LOVE that you do makeup as self care! It’s my self care all the time so going without it and doing a full skincare routine is more my self care for ME. Having that is so important!

@@Jeannie-Giannone I have Ciele’s tinted sunscreen, bronzer, blush, and powder. Each product has at least SPF 30 and they’re all very, very good. I have some facial scarring from an accident that I’m trying to heal, so sunscreen is extra important.
