I got the chance to fish a childhood lake of mine in Michigan over the weekend. It's a no wake lake and I don't have a ton of experience with a drop shot so that was all I threw. Had an extremely good day with over 10 fish in the net including a 19in Smallmouth. It's definitely fun when you can get on them! Nice video!

Hello Simply Fishing, I analyzed your KZbin channel and found that you are doing something wrong in uploading your videos and that's why your KZbin channel does not rank on the top search result.

I have fished that method for years, and find it very effective for bream, catfish, and shellcracker ! I use a shorter tag line for catfish and shellcracker, since they are primarily bottom feeders! It is a good fish finder rig. My favorite way to fish, because you are fishing instead of waiting!

In PA, my father & I used to bass fish when most were trout fishing cuz it was pre-spawn for bass...used to have a blast catching them. Couldn't keep them but we were both catch & release then. Those bass were all tanks.

I went that day too in my boat. Glad I have a spot lock trolling motor. We got into so schooling fish up river and had a good time. Caught a spot close to 4 lbs on a jerk bait. I love you videos. I told my cousin, I don’t see how those kayak guys are even able to stay in any spot the way the wind blew. Good luck on the next one

Good day my man! I had my first tournament of 2024 @ Gulf State Park last weekend and it was the same kind of situation. Beautiful morning followed by a brutal and dangerous afternoon. I quit a couple of hours early for safety reasons because Shelby Lake doesn't have any coves or areas to escape the wind / waves. So I feel for you.

Most of my buddies have spot lock on their rigs which helps a lot. I don't have that luxury. Tight lines bro.
