IT sucks that kids and others aspiring to become fit and healthy and maybe even great athletes are going to think Chocolate Milk will help them get there. Sad.

She's also training outside in freezing weather. That said, I'm all for metabolic efficiency and am NOT a fan of chocolate milk!

water and good circulation will do that just fine. it's marketed as a way to get some protein, fat, and lots of carbs after a workout. it's not necessarily the best option out there for recovery. also, the added calcium will lead to more muscle stiffness and cramps.

Is it really good to drink a chocolate milk to recover from the workout? I'm new to the running thing but I'm loving this world!

Hang on now! So let's say half of the milk drinkers stopped drinking milk. Do you really think they would make the same amount of milk that they always do? What if 25% of them stopped drinking milk. You can't expect one person to make a difference, but you can expect a bunch of "one person's" to make a difference.

I hope everyone already knows about Protandim! I'm down at McDonalds, I rarely eat there, but I'm hanging out with some college football players and I'm dropping some knowledge about oxidative stress, free radicals and winning! Please see wwwdotlifevantagedotcom/mdfacs as well as wwwdotabchealthreportdotcom plus wwwdotbscgdotorg and wwwdotpubmeddotgoov. We are Knowersark1atyahoodotcom

I am thinking that if she dropped the milk that could give her way more than the extra 0.5% that she needs. The girl is awesome but the milk sponsorship is really strange, I guess money talks. I can hear the mucous in the vocal chords.

Wow Triathlon really is a sport for the lone wolf isn't it? I saw another vid where she was training with Crowie, but the bulk of the work is seemingly done on your own.

She did a great job making sure here sponsors were featured in this video. Glad to know she actually uses their products. She has been a fantastic champion this year and I hope that she repeats in 2012.
