Good morning - I am on my 3rd attempt on this fold. What I need from you: - Say out loud: Position paper: Pattern side up or pattern side down. And horizontal or vertical Then: Fold hamburger or hot dog. Make a valley or mountain fold. Ok. Position the camera from behind the Folder. Close-up photography. With just the paper and hands in frame. Please. I am not upset. Or new to Origami. Been folding for 50 years. I can read upside-down. But not learn upside-down. Thank you.

It is not available in the US, except through contacting Ruth personally in England - she does take orders and mail them. Extremely nice lady. Her email is: [email protected]. Good luck! She has a series of four booklets and they are all wonderful.

Where is the pole now? I have heard it has been removed from where it had been.
@libertygrovepaperarts-aker3482 Жыл бұрын
I believe the pole, cut into sections is still at the park. I was told the native Americans want nothing to do with it sharing space with their Chief. However since it deals with Door County history, we believe it should be saved, restored, and erected in another location, in the park or not.

Hello again, from the U.K. I’m in bed again - this time I’m not awaiting morning tea, but should be settling down for the night ready for another day’s gardening tomorrow. However, I couldn’t wait any longer to try your folded book with pockets ! It wasn’t easy trying to do accurate folds balancing on a patchwork quilt, but perseverance won out and I did it ! (Should I wake in the night, I’ll not make myself a cup of tea - I’ll make another pocket book or two !).

I know - I researched the history of the Magic Wallet when I started teaching it and it is incredible. There are pictures in Italian books of mathematics of this same structure going back to the early 1500’s. A hundred years later there are books with the same design in Germany, the 1800’s in England. It really is magic!
