I tried this like a year ago, but I got like 5-10 fps despite using the lowest settings, which is a shame because my PS3 disc drive is dead :( (Specs: 3.5ghz i5 (4th gen), GTX 970, 16gb ddr3)

Unfortunately PS3 emulation is very heavy on CPU, meaning you would need a very solid CPU to run it at full speed

@@SavageCXV However, what's surprising is that my CPU can emulate some Xbox 360 games full speed, so it is quite powerful, but it struggles to emulate the much more complex PS3 architecture.

on pc yes. just connect a controller to your pc and one person plays on keyboard and the other on controller. and obviously yes for console

This should always work as it basically just stops BO3 from connecting to the internet entirely which is something all the bugs relied on

is there a way i can get dlc working? mine came with dlc pkg files that i am unable to use. Version is 1.00 and the serial is slightly different than the one in the tutorial (BLUS31426) if that makes a difference

@SavageCXV. Hi, I currently have an issue when launching Minecraft on RPCS3 where I just get a black screen. I launch Minecraft on the emulator then all the pre-loading stuff occurs and then when the actual game is supposed to launch I just get a black screen. My device doesn't freeze or anything it's just the black screen on the emulator only. If I exit fullscreen, my desktop and everything is fine it's just that there is a black screen of where the game is meant to be. Could you give me some help on this please?

Steam Deck uses an entirely different OS thus a different networking solution however you should be able to just turn off your wifi before starting BO3 on the Steam Deck. It's also worth noting the Steam Deck using Linux and not Windows it is a bit more protected than the average PC because the hacks people use are designed for Windows and most games on the Steam Deck run through Proton (Really Wine) which is another layer of protection

Yes as downloading mods happens on Steam's side so Black Ops 3 does not need internet to access mods Steam downloads

You can't interpolate a video like this because different elements use different frame rates. I also think you lose a lot of the character of the video by attempting to smooth it out.

Yes I understand I mentioned this in a comment I sent, however I believe I could get better results if I artificially decrease the actual video's frame rate to something like 6, and then interpolate it to 60, so a lot more frames will be fake, although it could make the not smooth parts smoother. (ofc the results would look worse since there are way fewer real frames but I think it could actually add to the effect of the video) yes that was a very run-on sentence I just don't feel like fixing it.

I think the main issue that makes this not look very good are the parts that are animated under 24 fps so some bits still look super choppy, I may be able to get better results

A few spots are still choppy because of their use of a lower framerate (It's a common animating technique)
