@davidallen5976Ай бұрын
Yellow light came on constantly as rpm’s climbed. I think it was as simple as the engine didn’t have enough oil in the crankcase.
@jamesweston3679Ай бұрын
If that motor grenaded that easily....I'd SERIOUSLY get after whomever built it. You wernt even leaning on that motor at all. And on the oil issue....baffles and an external reservoir can help eliminate that. We run em on the offroad race trucks.

That thing sounded wounded from the get go! I am shocked you even went for it. You can hear it struggling to perform, and the carb sounds off like its packed full of garbage fuel. Also, make sure you run Lucas Stabilizer with the oil next time. I quart replaces 1 quart of oil and will help save your new engine.

@@Superflight777ge Even more likely it did not blow unless it was junk. I only saw about 6k and only occasionally. Just about any stock 351w will run up to 6k regularly. I think he broke the clutch, trans or something in the drivetrain other than the engine. He still had it running when he pulled over. There was no noises and the engine sounded about the same as when it was sitting on the starting line. Check it out. And anyone with any brains would shut the engine off if it acted like it threw a rod or broke a piston. He left it on. This is likely some bs video for clicks.

Started pretty soon after he banged the car off the road. I am not sure I heard much of anything that sounded like internal engine at all.
