I HATE rumor videos, especially with nintendo game because they are so often wrong. They might be able to predict what games will be shown in a direct but contents of games that havent shown gameplay? Nintendo and gamefreak are very disconnected from its fanbase so these prediction so often fall flat.

Left Hand: Z-A 2025? Right Hand: the main videogame series will get nothing for over 2 years post-Indigo Disc until generation 10 2026, yet new pokemon (presumably) added to Z-A will get mild exposure in TCG and GO. Pokemon Anime is a big questionmark unless something major occurs. or maybe they'll just bring Ash back since it was the main Ash that got Pidgeot and not the movie ash. they're just going to pull the SV trailer all over again where they only had live-action footage, no gameplay shown until Nintendo shows Switch 2. Do not pull the whole "Legends is main content!!" schtick. Enamorous and Hisuian forms isn't transferrable to SWSH, nor BDSP. pokemon movesets from both those games doesn't transfer into SWSH. if anything, both legends arceus and BDSP only kind of exist to fasciliate old save bonuses for Shaymin, Arceus (double-bagged since you need a complete Arceus save in BDSP), Mew and Jirachi. Legends Arceus at least pulls a solid for Manaphy and Darkrai if you missed the events during BDSP's initial release...at the cost of requiring some form of subcription.

People are going to be expecting some big things for the 30th anniversary game. Not all the stops, but people will be expecting a home run for the 50th. It’s just, every additional decade for a videogame franchise that usually produces pretty good quality consistent games is going to expect some bigger things. 30 years is nothing to slouch at in the videogame community. I mean, people only live to 100 years give or take anyways. So that’s about 1/3 of a human’s life. Edit: So I think it’s a good idea for them to take the time to polish up Gen 10 on the 30th anniversary. I wonder if we will get another double Region in Generation 10 That was always a really cool part Johto, being able to go back to a previous region in the base game after you beat the first one. If not the 30th I wonder if they will do that (or 3 regions, 1 new, 2 previous) for the 50th anniversary. Or maybe we would get 2 full new regions in 1 game (not DLC, just the base cartridge you pay for) on the 50th anniversary!

What i expect on a new Pokemon game? Simple... - A way to get ALL Pokemon since generation 1 to the least generation. - A decent Elite Four and a SOLIDE Champion (Like Cynthia or Blue) - Some manga easter eggs (like the Leaf Event on Pokemon Let's Go! Pikachu & Eevee!) - A way to evolve some Pokemon that not evolve in other games (like some especfic on by Pokemon Go!) - HM/TM back to the game and ilimited (because that is a charm and make the game a little more difficult) - Possibility to redone all past legendary pokemon event (as the GBA and NDS ones, including Mew and Arceus) - NON Blacklisting nicknames (because thats dummy, and make no sense) - Possibility to name you Rival - They NEED to include a Pokemon Battle Tower that ONLY could be acess after BEAT the main story. - Less bugs and glitchs. - A PokeNav that work as AT LEAST a Pokedex, Pokemon Finder, Item Finder and Radio - Other block ways to make the player no proceed easily to the main story (like Snorlax on the original games) - Wonder Trade (because is fun) - Re-Battle GYM Leaders. - Gigamax, Galar, Alola and new form variations to old and new Pokemons - Decent Post-Game (serious i never see a good post-game except by gen 2 games)

I think it's fitting for Legends Z-A to take place in Kalos, since X & Y is arguably what started this downwards trend of rushed Pokemon games. It's like their way of atoning for their past mistakes, beginning with the one that started it all.

Please stop giving us half assed games. Take 5 years to make a game if you want. Stop with the recent crap games.

this make sense, the file size of XCX is 20GB the switch cannot handle large videogame data, Remember XC1 is 13.7GB, XC2 13GB and XC3 is 14.3GB and the switch gets laggy on some areas. XCX areas are extremely large. i imagine the switch would either freeze or crash the game.

Just give me a finished game that doesn't run like shit

They're probably waiting for the new nintendo console to come out to release the game in the new console format, once the new console comes out, by giving it an extra year, they'll have time for any bugs in the new console to be worked out, so they'll have the best outcome for release.

My guess would be that they’d reveal the name/release date of the Switch successor possibly in July and they aren’t going to show any gameplay of Legends AZ until after that, as it will launch on the Switch successor

Us Pokémon fans are the only people that will joyfully say "We have no news about our game" when the next game gets no updates and it's great.

Another concern of mine is I hope the new pokemon introduced in the new legends game are available to catch and use in gen 10. I'm not interested in the legends games so it sucks that I can't battle with mons from Arceus without having and playing the game.

Yeah for me I am hoping that Pokémon legends ZA will hopefully come out Mid-2025 because my birthday is around near the middle of the year so if I get that and maybe if it’s on a newer next Gen and which console I’m all looking forward to, and yeah, I can get like somehow depending on what the offer is for 2025 and beyond for Pokémon as well for Nintendo in general as a company.

I'll just hold my breath. I want nothing to do with legends ZA until I see gameplay. And I swear to God if they make it open world, it's will just be SV all over again. At least BDSP actually fixed its problems

I mean, in America 🇺🇸 when Gold and Sliver came out, the gen 2 anime was out before the games, so the anime ironically was drumming up hype for gen 2. So stalling for gen 10 is possible even if it's the whole world now.🤷‍♀️ Heck, even a movie with a supporting cast Ash returning showing off gen 10 would print money. If 30th happens it's a November release 100%.

Now if only they can just stop shiny locking pokemon :)

After the last 4 generations i just hope we get decent game

i play exclusives on nintendo switch. and for demanding games on ps5 or mainly on my PC. the PC take advantage of all what a game has to offer. the switch is a bit better than xbox 360 or ps3. about 15-20% better. but not good enough to play demanding games.

This… this made me so happy to hear. Not that I’ve had any problems with the last few games but I DID get worried that we might not get anymore games that were more “fleshed out”. This sounds like we might have a shot at getting improved games in the future. So I’m excited!! 😊

Also for 1 small city upscaled trying to make a game from it this is something far away from game freaks scope of talent they would have to make it massive and have sky areas or underground areas and every little nook and cranny would need to be accessible this isn't something they can manage well this is something that is going to fall apart.

I just hope this game changes things up a bit and looks and functions better because I just tried to play scarlet and violet and the game sucks. It looks ugly, mechanics are clunky and I’m just bored of the same old formula. The turn based combat needs to be overhauled because it’s aging very badly. I couldn’t play it for 15 minutes without wanting to throw my switch away. They need voice acting because I’m tired of reading paragraphs worth of boring dialogue.

im so happy GF decided to take some more time to produce new games because not only can Pokémon fans sustain themselves for a while but if any game came out in the future in a state that scarlet and violet did, for the love of the series, i could not have bought another Pokémon game after that.
