Salaam! I trust in Allah and everyone else i keep an eye on! Why?because from personal experience it's a fact that Allah has never let me down, while people have always let me down, I've even let myself down. So where should i put my trust! Allah says in the book you say you trust,al- Quran," fatawakkaltu ala Allah" put your trust in Allah! So in conclusion, there are people who i dont distrust but my full unadulterated trust is only in Allah!

Only Imam Malik ibn Anas discourage Qabd (folding hands in Salat) totally in Fard Salat (Obligatory prayers). He only allows it in Nawafil prayer (non-obligatory prayers) WHEN the standing become too long [and as a result blood flow to the draped hands become hurtful]. Ref: {Al-Mudawwana Al-Kubra. 1/111. Aslam o alaykum I am a Shia Muslim and I am 100% staying Twelver Shia. I do want to ask you what do other Sunni schools generally think of the Malikis? I've seen you guys get slandered and lied by the Wahabbis and Salafis who say stuff like "Malik had dislocated shoulders so his followers do bidah and wrong namaz" even though you guys clearly refuted it. I'm more willing to listen to a Maliki follower on Malik maddhab rather than a non-Maliki

@mohammadahmad95018 күн бұрын
My brother, it’s not obligatory to get involved into Sufism but it’s Mustahab (recommended). But do remember that, some of the Sufi orders are on Bid’ah but most of them are with accordance to Shariah: Qur’an and Sunnah. If you are interested in Tasawwuf, you can only proceed with a Shaykh, Insha’Allah. Read about the Habaib.

I myself started to study about maliki fiqh as i heard that it is the " School of madina". I found this fiqh so interesting yet so simple ❤. I get to know that 'sadl' (leaving hands at side) as well as 'qabd' (placing one hand over the other) are both sunnah. I am hanafi and i think we should prefer the fiqh of the region (country) where you live to avoid the debate by other people. You know shias also pray with there hands by the side so people in hanafi mosque will always think that he is a shia. So i can't tell everyone that leaving the hands by side is also a sunnah according to maliki fiqh. والله أعلم And Allah knows the best. Btw here is a link you can listen to; kzbin.info/www/bejne/hobWpo2Xl6hla8ksi=XBBghnXQBAQdsxTJ
@soulmaneeee4722Ай бұрын
Anyone who thinks about this matter will realize for certain that they all acknowledge that the Sunnah of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) is for the worshipper to place his hands on his front, not to hold them by his sides. Whatever Imaam Maalik said about holding the hands by one's side - if indeed the reports from him are saheeh - was only to counteract an action that was not prescribed in the Sunnah, which was leaning on the hands, or an incorrect belief, i.e., the belief of the common people that this was obligatory. It was said that when Maalik (may Allaah have mercy on him) refused to accept the position of qaadi (judge), he was beaten, and he could not put his hands on his chest when praying, so he held them by his sides because of the pain. Some of those who saw that thought this was Sunnah so they transmitted this from him. But he (may Allaah have mercy on him) definitely did not say that the arms should be held by one’s side at all. This is a misunderstanding of some written statement and it goes against what he stated clearly in al-Muwatta’ about the right hand being placed on top of the left. This was explained by a group of Maalikis and others, in various books which number approximately thirty, apart from what is mentioned in various commentaries.
@xnoob143Ай бұрын
@@soulmaneeee4722 Oh my brother its not a misunderstanding. You know there are only 2 hadith graded by albani as SAHIH about qabd (placing right hand over the left). In first one it says, "We were ordered to place over right hand over the left hand in Salah". So you see this order of placing right over the left doesn't clearly shows that Prophet SAWW ordered. In second hadith it actually says that Prophet SAWW put his right hand over the left in salah. But there are some issues in the chain of narrations. 1st issue: The hadith has been transmitted by a companion named Wail ibn Hujar (may Allah be pleased with him). Ulema of hadith told that Wail ibn Hujar lived in Yemen and he came to Madina accepted Islam and left. Never saw Prophet SAWW again. So they define that any hadith transmitted by Wail which defines the prayer of Holy Prophet SAWW, we don't accept that. 2nd issue: In the chain of narrations there is person named Alqama ( I can't actually remember his full name) who reported on authority of his father. Scholars of this hadith says that he actually never met his father because he was born 6 months after death of his father. So he actually didn't met his father although he narrates on authority of him. Also when Prophet SAWW was describing the way of prayer he never talked about placing the hand over another. So other fiqh (shafai, hambali and hanafi) respondes that he SAWW was describing the obligatory actions of Salah. So that means holding hands is sunnah according to 3 imams not OBLIGATORY act. Talking about Imam Malik رحه, I know he wrotes the same 2 Sahih hadith which I told you above. But when he was asked about why he act opposite to it which means SADL (leaving arms by side) so he responded, ليعلم الناس ان على علم تركنا that we are upon certain knowledge, that we want people to know that we know this hadith (that this hadith has reached us) but we still choose a certain interpretation. According to him he never saw people of madina doing it. You can see the book Al Mudawwana by Imam Malik Student. It has a whole topic saying "those who used to pray with there hands by the side" and even he mentioned grandson of Hazrat Abubakr RA, praying with hands at side which shows great indication the Holy Prophet used to pray like this although there is no hadith of SADL. والله اعلم And Allah knows the best.

@@syedsaadshah72426 There have been many instances, you will find many hadees saying otherwise but the Hadees are presented on how much authentic the narration is. The hadees narrated by al-Bukhaari (743) presides over the evidence used by Imam Shafi (RH) due to the authenticity of the previous hadees. Similarly you will find, Imam Abu Hanifa (RH) gave priority to Hands underneath or on the navel, but the rest 3 schools prioritize the hands on the chest. The reason why I said its a high possibility Imam Jafar As Sadiq (RH) prayed probably like this man was due to the fact that this was the tariqa of Imam Malik (RH), which means it was something followed by the people of Madinah.

@@AmirMuhammad1445 ٱلسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكُمْ, First and foremost, you have to understand the core principles of Islam. Ahlul-Sunnah-wa-jama´ah has 4 schools of thoughts: the Hanafi, Handbali, Shafii and Maliki. These schools came out in order to make the lives easier for Muslims, to follow opinions that are based on hadeeth (sunnah) of the Prophet (saw). When it comes to prayer (salah), there also are minor differences. For instance, the Maliki see sadl (putting hands to the side) as Sunnah, as seen by the practise of Ahlul-Madinah and the practise amongst Sahabis and the later such as Sa'id b. Al-Musayyib, Sa'id b. Jubayr, Al-Hasan Al-Basari, Ibrahim Al-Nakha'i, Muhammad b. Sirin, and the Companion, 'Abd Allah ibn Al-Zubayr (grandson of Abu Bakr (r.a.)) Qabd (holding hands in salah) in seen as makruh in hard prayers, whereas it is allowed to hold hands in nawafil/sunnah prayers, due to the long standing and recitation of surahs (See al-Muawatta). Bare in mind that holding hands is seen as a "sunnah" in the other schools, but not as fard. Therefore schoolers of other schools, e.g. from the Shafii madhab allow sadl just as the Hanafis and Hanbalis. The prayer would still be accepted, whether by practising sadl or qabd. For more daleel (proofs) see following websites: sayfalhaqq.files.wordpress.com/2010/08/the-proofs-for-praying-sadl.pdf malikifiqhqa.com/in-defense-of-sadl/ www.masud.co.uk/ISLAM/misc/yadain.htm It might also be interesting to note following aspects: As with the views of Ahlulsunnah and Malikiyah, other Muslim groups such as Khawarij, Ibadhi, Twelver-Shias and Zaidis practise sadl, even though Shias and Khawarij are total extremes denouncing one another. Lastly, الله أعلم.

YES THE PROPHET PRAYED LIKE THIS. Think about this logically--if the Prophet prayed qabd,do you really think that Abu Bakr(ra), Umar(ra), Uthman(ra) prayed qabd when they became Caliphs?Then by the same logic,Ali(ra) prayed qabd,which did not make sense.Truth is the Prophet's grandchildren, Hasan(ra) and Hussein(ra) always prayed behind the first four Caliphs. You really think they all prayed qabd???
